according to SCERT Director K. Sandhya Rani first completion of rationalization then actual vacancy position will be released then applications from eligible candidates will be taken. Then seniority list will be prepared based on merit, seniority points. Seniority list will be available on online, after objections cleared counselling will be started. One teacher can give 99 options for transfer, once the teacher is transfer to the place give in the option, that present teacher working place will be shown as vacant. This process may be completes before June 20th. Once Govt gives green signal on the file of rationalization the process begins. In common schools One(1) teacher for One(1) class will be allotted compulsory. GO on transfers will be released soon.

We have a lot of memories which we safely hidden in our hearts that we enjoyed in these holidays. But slowly our mood is going to change that is because of rationalization, transfers etc., schedules. Teachers are facing little stress as recently. AP’s SCERT Director K.Sandhya Rani instructed transfer counselling will be held through web counselling instead of normal counselling which every teacher faced anxiety
So, We would like to give some instructions that which may help you in applying, choosing the preferences and also make you stress free.
1.Be sure these are the instructions which are useful and helps you but these are not issued by the Government or the education department.

Instructions on AP Teachers Transfers Web Counselling:
1) All the eligible teachers should apply through online.
2) Clear vacancy list will be available on online only after completion of rationalization process.
3) The list will be available on the official website of school education department which includes Mandal, District category and post wise lists.
4) First login into the AP Teachers Transfers Web Counselling Web portal/website and select submission preferences for transfers.
5) Select the District which you are interested to seek transfer from the displayed District list (which includes Primary School, Upper Primary School, High Schools).
6) Please give your preferences for seeking transfers carefully at web based options entry system.
7) Preferences may be up to 99 (One teacher can give 99 options for transfer)
8) After clear study of preferences press submit button.
9) After submission of preferences of vacancies download the PDF file of submitted preferences/Provisional Transfer Order and read the declaration & disclaimers.
10) Every teacher can edit the preferences of vacancies maximum of two times.
11) Seniority list will be available on online which will be prepared based on the seniority and other points.
12) According to the points the teacher should opt a place.
13) If the teacher transfer confirms he / she will get a SMS to their cell no(Mobile no.).
14) The working place of the transferred teacher will add in the vacancy list.
15) But here there is no clarity on that how can we opt the new vacancy araised in transfer.
16) We may get answer in detailed guidelines issued by A.P. government.
17) Transfer order will be issued to Mandal / School after verification of vacancies.
