BIE Telangana Intermediate Course Admissions Schedule

Telangana Intermediate Course Admissions Schedule, Telangana State, Board of Intermediate Education has released the first phase of Intermediate admissions schedule to enroll Intermediate students into various colleges in the state. BIE Telangana is inviting the applications for admission into various intermediate groups for the academic year 2016-2017.

The board has directed the college’s principals to take special care in enrollment of students for the academic year 2016-17 by making admissions in two phases. The first phase schedule is set to begin on May 25, the schedule for the second phase will be communicated in due course.

It also directed the college principals to follow the rule of reservation in admissions as per rules in force and said that 33.33 pc of total seats have to be reserved for girls category-wise where there are no separate colleges for them.

Instructions to Colleges:
Admissions should be made based on GPA and subject-wise Grade Point obtained in the qualifying examination as per the guidelines. Stringent action will be taken against junior colleges making admissions on any other basis.

Principals of unaided junior colleges are directed to make admissions only up to the sanctioned sections and up to the ceiling strength of 88 in each section.

Violations will be liable for action including levying of penalty and disaffiliation of the college. Principals are instructed to incorporate the mother’s name instead of the father’s name in respect of Jogini children as it is in the records of the qualifying examination.

How to apply: Eligible students can obtain an application form from the concerned college and filled in application form along relevant documents should be submitted to the College Principal.

1. Issuance of Application forms: 25-05-2016
2. Last date for submission of Application forms:30-05-2016
3. First phase admissions start from 01-06-2016
4. Completions of Admissions: 30-06-2016
