CCRT Training Programmes Workshops for In-Service Teachers Schedule, This is in continuation of our earlier emails for deputation of 03 teachers through CCRT’s DRPs from your district in the workshops to be organized during the months of January to March 2018. The CCRT will be organizing 09(Nine) Workshops for in-service teachers in the months of January to March 2018.

May I once again request you to depute 03 teachers each through CCRT’s DRPs from your district in the workshops to be organized during the months of January to March 2018.  (Please see the workshop details in Annexure-I).

A copy of Tailor-made Selection Letters related to the above-mentioned Workshops is attached herewith.  The concerned CCRT DRPs of your district will coordinate with your kind office for deputation of teachers in the training programmes. Looking forward to receiving your support in this regard.

Boarding-lodging and payment of TA/ DA for attending CCRT Work Shops:

1. Boarding & Lodging:

The Boarding & Lodging arrangements for the participating teachers have been made at REGIONAL CENTRE, CENTRE FOR CULTURAL RESOURCES AND TRAINING

2. Travelling Allowance:

1. The teacher participants of a Training Programme are entitled to travel by AC 3-tier/ AC Chair Car/ Sleeper class of all the trains, as the case may be, from their nearest railway station to the venue of the programme.

2. Those who travel by bus from outstation are entitled to claim deluxe bus fare subject to the production of bus ticket failing which the fare will be restricted to ordinary bus fare. The teachers who are employed on contract basis will be reimbursed only ordinary bus fare. Teachers are required not to travel by AC buses.

3. For local road journey i.e. from school to Railway Station/ Bus Stand, the reimbursement will be made as to actual distance or up to 8 Km whichever is less @ Rs. 8/- per km.

4. For local road journey from the nearest Railway Station/ Bus Stand to the venue of the training programme, the teachers will be paid Auto/ Bus fare as per Centre’s rule.

Please note that the Rail/Bus fare will be reimbursed by the CCRT if original/ photocopies of the tickets are attached to the T.A. Bills for inward as well as outward journey failing which the claim will be restricted to rail fare by sleeper class.

No break-in the journey is permissible as per rules. Teachers are requested to buy direct journey ticket from their nearest Railway Station to the venue of the programme.

3. Dearness Allowance

  • The teacher participants will be paid Dearness Allowance for attending the programme based on the Vth Central pay Commission.
  • As the CCRT will be providing free lodging and boarding facilities mandatorily to all the participants, hence they will be given 25% of the rate of entitled Dearness Allowance.
  • The TA & DA will be transferred to the bank account through RTGS hence correct account details should be provided to the Account Section at CCRT

 You would be required to attend the Workshop from 09.00 AM to 05.30 PM. Some days we may begin work early in the morning and continue work till late in the evening. The boarding and lodging arrangements have been made by the CCRT at the venue itself.

The details regarding boarding and lodging arrangements can be seen at Annex. II. Relatives/members of the family/escort will not be allowed to stay at the place where boarding & lodging arrangements have been made by the CCRT and no permission will be provided under any circumstances.

Please remember that:

• The participating teacher should be below the age of 52 years. (It is essential to give proof of Date of Birth at the time of Registration.)
• The Workshop is for in-service Govt./Govt. aided school teachers teaching classes I to X and subjects like Craft, Drawing, Painting, Arts, SUPW/WE.
• The lectures will be delivered in English/Hindi for the benefit of the teachers participating from all parts of the country, therefore an understanding and working knowledge of English/Hindi language is expected.

You should not attend this Training Programme:

1. If you have previously attended ICSSE or SUPW/WE workshop, organized by the CCRT either at Delhi or in any other region.
2. If you are Headmaster/Principal/Librarian/P.E.T/YogaTeacher/Lab Asstt……..etc.

3. If you are working as contractual and Temporary Teacher like Shiksha-Karmi, Shiksha-Bandhu, Shiksha-Mitr, Education Friend, Teacher Facilitator, Sanvidha Shikshak etc
4. If you are not teaching subjects like Crafts, Drawing, Painting, Arts, SUPW/WE.

In case you do not fulfil the terms and conditions of this letter, please treat this letter as cancelled and withdrawn and even if you come to attend the training programme, no TA/DA will be paid to you by the CCRT.

Please Note:
Your selection in this Training Programme has been intimated to your concerned State Education Department with the request to issue instructions to relieve you in time.

To expedite you’re relieving a copy of this letter is also being sent to your Headmaster/Headmistress/Principal. It is not possible for the CCRT to inform regarding your selection to individual DEO/CEO/SI/BEO/Inspectors of Schools hence only State Education Department has been informed and this system has worked successfully for the last so many years.

You must bring the following:

1. Date of Birth Certificate
2. Two Passport Size Photographs
3. Relieving Certificate from the School (on a separate sheet)
4. Basic Pay Certificate from the School (on a separate sheet)
5. Original Railway or Bus Tickets/Ticket Nos. (Distance in KM and the amount paid should be noted). To & Fro ticket by shortest route should be purchased for the journey.
6. Bring some traditional costumes (if possible) which will help you in cultural presentations of your state.

  1. You must send the attached acknowledgement form by post immediately. If no intimation is received by January 15, 2018, with regard to your participation in the Workshop, we will presume that you are not interested to attend the Training Programme and your seat will be allotted to another teacher.
  2. You may report for registration for the Workshop at Regional Centre, Centre for Cultural Resources & Training, 58, Juripar, Panjabari Road, Guwahati – 781037, Assam on January 22, 2018, at 10.00 A.M. Teachers reporting after this date will not be allowed to attend the Workshop and no TA/DA will be paid by the CCRT. You will be required to show this letter at the time of registration.
  3. Since there has always been a heavy rush for bookings, you are advised to book your return journey ticket (from the venue to your respective Headquarters) in advance. Please note no advance will be given during the training programme.

You may kindly bring the complete postal address of the concerned District Education Officer/DDPI/Inspector of Schools/Chief Education Officer/Deputy Director along with their Telephone Number of Office and residence.

CCRT Workshops for in-service teachers in the months of January to March,

The attention of the all the District Educational Officers in the State are invited to the references read above and informed that the CCRT training programmes scheduled for the year 2017-18 was already communicated under reference 2″d cited and they were requested to depute the Teachers to attend the CCRT training programmes as per schedule under intimation to this office. But, no information has been received till today, in spite of a number of reminders under reference cited.

Further, as per the schedule received from the Director, CCRT, New Delhi was already communicated under reference 101h cited and requested to depute teachers for participation in orientation programmes organized by the CCRT, New Delhi under intimation to this office. Now, the schedule of orientation programmes organized by the CCRT received for the months from October to December 2017. The same is again communicating to all the DEOs in the State and requested to depute two (2) Teachers from each District as per the schedule communicated by this vide ref cited to the CCRT programmes under intimation to this office without fail.

The CCRT, New Delhi have informed that the teachers trained in the Orientation Course organized by the Centre at different places during 2016-17, have been selected for the above said Refresher Course.

A copy of the Selection List and list of selected teachers are enclosed herewith. Further, they are requested to depute 10 teachers (in addition) teaching in minimum classes 1st – 12th of middle/ secondary/senior secondary of our State/UT, teaching up to 52 years of age, for participation in the following Orientation Course as per the details given below:

The following are the strict guidelines to the deputation of teachers:

1. Teachers should be up to 52 years of age (Birth Certificate to be produced at the time of registration).
2. Teachers must be teaching in minimum any one of the following Classes 1st to 12th of middle/ secondary/ senior secondary schools should only be deputed.

3. She/he should be teaching subjects like
i) Social Studies (History, Geography, Economics, Civics, Sociology Etc,)
ii) Language (Hindi, English, Sanskrit, Modern Indian Language);
iii) Science (Physics, Chemistry, Biology, etc);
iv) Mathematics;
v) Fine Arts, Music & Art;

4. Preference should be given to depute female teachers.
5. The deputed teachers should have a minimum of two years’ experience of teaching.
6. Only one teacher for one school should be deputed in each of the above-mentioned Workshop, not more than one teacher from the same school will be allowed to participate.

Further, the DEOs are hereby instructed that not to depute the Head Masters/Principals/Inspector of Schools and following teachers.

• Teachers, who have already attended CCRT’s Orientation Course earlier.
• Teachers teaching Yoga. Physical Education, SUPW
• Librarian, Lab Assistant and Specially challenged teachers (without  eye-sight)
• Teachers working on contract/ ad-hoc/temporary basis.

For participation in the course, please bring and be prepared for the following:

1. Pay Certificate from the School/Institution
2. Relieving Certificate from the School/Institution
3. Entitled Class onward and outward shortest route journey tickets
4. A prepared Lesson Plan (with cultural component) on any of the topic of the subject being taught by you.

For the deputation of teachers, the following are the strict guidelines: 

1. Teachers should be up to 52 years of age at the time of registration (Birth Certificate should be produced).
2. Teachers of middle/secondary/senior secondary schools should only be deputed.
3. Teachers must be teaching in minimum any one of the following Classes 8th/9th/10th/11th/12th.

4. She/he should be teaching any of the subjects like i) Social Studies (History, Geography, Economics, Commerce, Civics, Sociology etc.); ii) Languages (Hindi, English, Sanskrit, Modern Indian Languages); iii) Science (Physics, Chemistry, Biology, etc.); iv) Mathematics; v) Fine Arts, Music & Art;

5. Deputation of female teachers may be encouraged.
6. The deputed teachers should have a minimum of two years’ experience of teaching.
7. Only one teacher from one school should be deputed. In any circumstances, not more than one teacher from the same school will be allowed to participate.  

Important: Kindly Note that following teachers must not be deputed: Kindly Note that Headmasters/Principals/Inspector of Schools and following teachers must not be deputed/Must not be denoted. CCRT Training Programmes Workshops for In-Service Teachers.

1. Primary school teachers should not be deputed.
2. Teachers on contract/ad-hoc/temporary, must not be deputed. Only regular teachers should be deputed.

3. Teachers who have already attended CCRT’s Orientation Course, either at Delhi or anywhere else, must not be deputed again. All such already O.C. trained teachers will be sent back immediately without registration and payment ofT.A./D.A.

4. Teachers teaching Yoga, SUPW, Physical Education and Librarians should not be deputed.
6. Specially challenged teachers (Visually Challenged) should also not be deputed.
7, Headmasters/Principals/Inspector of Schools must not be deputed.

8.  Librarian, Lab Assistant and Specially challenged teachers (without eye-sight) should not be deputed.
9. Separate stay arrangements are made for the female teachers in the CCRT Hostel. Your kind attention is solicited

10. It has been decided that while getting teachers deputed from your State, if the norms and conditions mentioned above are not adhered to, the deputed teachers will neither be registered nor paid TA/DA for reporting and they will be sent back immediately. This is being done to avoid any censures from the Auditors.

The deputation orders issued by you, adhering to CCRT’s norms, will be treated as the final orders and no further orders for the deputed teachers hereafter will be issued by this Centre. I take this opportunity to thank you for the keen interest you are taking in the activities of the Centre and look forward to your support for getting the teachers deputed as per CCRT norms.
