Candidates who have appeared in the CUET UG or UCET PG examination can check details and complete the registration process as per the schedule at the Tamil Nadu CUET UG admissions portal.
Only those candidates who register their names on the CUTN online admission portal will be considered for admission to the Central University of Tamil Nadu. The cugcuet.samarth.edu.in website has made the application link active. The official website of the university is cug.ac.in.
The Central University of Tamil Nadu is inviting applications for admissions to undergraduate and integrated PG courses. Candidates who appeared for the Common University Entrance Test (CUET) can apply for admissions at the official website with CUET score at cug.ac.in.
The university will admit students on the basis of CUET scores. The candidate will not be considered for admission if there is any discrepancy in the submitted online application form and the CUET UG score card. There is no fee required for registration to CUTN UG programmes.
Those candidates who do not upload the required certificate or document shall upload a handwritten undertaking on plain paper. Candidates have to apply for undergraduate courses at the varsity, which will used CUET score as eligibility this year on or before the deadline. Admission to various UG programmes will be held by online mode through CUGSAMARTH portal. Any other mode shall not be accepted.

Candidates should note that the varsity will prepare a list only for the registered candidates. The merit list of the candidates whose applications are received with the prescribed registration fee will be displayed on the university website. The admission process will continue on the announced merit list only.
Candidates will be admitted based on the merit and the roster. Admissions will be explored until the required seats will be filled based on merit following roster till the announced merit list get exhausted. The university is charging Rs 100 as the application fee for all undergraduate courses, and this will be a non-refundable compulsory fees for aspirants. After the last date of online counselling/registration, the university will declare the list of the provisionally eligible candidates and the first merit list on the university website.
