Telangana State ST Study Circle has released the Free Coaching Programme Admission notification from time to time.
The study circle invites online application forms from eligible ST candidates belonging to Telangana State for admission into free coaching programmes for different competitive exams, viz. Civils Free Coaching, IAS Integrated Coaching, SSC Exam, IBPS Recruitment, Sub-Inspector of Police Coaching (Mains), Constable Coaching (Mains), Job-Linked IT Training, and Graduate Special Coaching for STs at ST Study Circles.
The TG ST Study Circle Free Coaching Admission 2026 will be for five months or 60 days, and it is a full Residential programme.
Some of the seats may be allotted to other Telangana Districts. So, the Tribal Welfare Department is planning to give the following free coaching to ST candidates from Telangana State.
Applications are invited from eligible candidates belonging to Schedule Tribes (STs) for free coaching in the following programmes.

TG ST Study Circle Free Coaching Admission 2026: The Government Of Telangana Tribal Welfare Department has given the Selection Procedure for the Screening Test for Free Coaching to Civil Service Examinations at TG ST Study Circle, Hyderabad.
Eligibility:
- Only candidates belonging to ST can apply.
- A candidate should possess a minimum Intermediate for Police Constable and graduation for SI and Groups.
- A candidate should fulfill the Physical Measurements prescribed by the Police Recruitment Board.
- Age Limit: minimum 18 years and maximum 49 years plus 5 years relaxation for PHCs.
- The annual income of the Parent/Guardian/Family should not exceed Rs.2.00 Lakhs for ST candidates.
- Candidates who are employed or undergoing regular and its equivalent courses of education are not eligible.
- Candidates who have already availed themselves of coaching facilities from any Government study circle anywhere in Telangana or India are not eligible for the present coaching program.
- A candidate should possess the eligibility conditions prescribed by the recruiting agencies.
- Only Telangana State candidates are eligible to apply.
Selection Process:
- Candidate selection is based on merit in the screening test.
- Eligibility for admission is subject to fulfillment of physical measurements to Police coaching.
- The minimum qualifying marks in the screening test would be 50 out of 100, or 50%.
- The pattern of the question paper for the screening test is of objective type with (100) questions consisting of Arithmetic and a Test of Reasoning / Mental Ability. General studies include History, Geography, Politics, Economy, General Science, English, Current affairs of national and international importance, and contents pertaining to the State of Telangana, etc.
- Preference shall be given to women candidates up to 50% of intake.
- Preference shall be given to physically challenged candidates.

List of Documents for applying:
- Copy of Date of Birth Certificate (SSC),
- Copy of Community Certificate issued by MRO (Nativity, DOB and Caste Certificate),
- Copy of Latest Income Certificate issued by MRO (ending March 31st, 2016),
- Copy of SSC, Inter, Degree/ Professional Degree/ PG Certificates.
- Marks memos of Post Graduation/ Professional Degree,
- Bonafied Certificates from Class IV to Class X.
- Disability certificate in case of disabled candidates.
Incomplete applications and applications without scanned enclosures or applicant’s Photo will be summarily rejected.
Certificates to be enclosed in the application: The applications will be rejected if any of the following certificates are not enclosed.
Scanned copies of Community, Nativity Certificate, Income Certificate, Marks Memo of SSC, Inter, Degree, Transfer Certificate of the last studied. The application form is duly filled in with a passport-size photo.
Guidelines
- Candidates using fake certificates / Marks memos will be blacklisted for the present admission and all future admissions, and also legal action will be taken against the candidate.
- The coaching will be given for Police and Groups only.
- After shortlist every candidate shall bring his/her original certificates including T.C. for verification and one set Xerox Copies.
