E Route for Unemployed Youth: A father’s dream is that to plan his life in his earnings and make his children’s future bright. He struggles day and night for their future. But when children grows, after their education if they did not settle in life he feels pain,disturbed and depressed, because he knows the ups and downs in surviving a family.

But today in this competitive world there is no comparison and there is a vast difference in the ratio of un employees and jobs. According to this only few members are achieving their goal according to their wish.Few of them are busy in self-employment, working in pvt sector.Rest of them are remaining idle.

You have to enroll your resume in the website, if any training is necessary will be given by SETWAR to develop technical skills.

Members of ROUTE Committee:
Dist.collector, DRDA PD, SETWAR CEO, GM of Industrial dept,Lead dist Manager, Dist. Arts & Science college principal.Dist, Nehru yuva kendra  co-ordinator, Mepma project director, Director of BC study circle, Officials of rural self employment training institute CEO etc. are the members of the Route committee.

How to enroll your names in the website:

You have to login this website by typing www.routewarangal.com. You will have  four options Home,Registration,Employer and Admin

In home option you can see the pictures of Mr. KCR and Mr KTR as cover age.In this we will have the list of applied candidates of different courses in this only we will have notification of jobs and its updates etc, down to that we can see an option “view all”, if we clicks it we will get training button we can have a view of different training institutions available in dist.

If we see other part we can see Registration,in this we can see the sub parts like training,placement,self employment. Training option gives the information of other available training centers. Placement option gives the information of IT companies, who applies for corporate jobs can choose this option.

You can choose the option self employment to apply for self lively hood according to the sector they like. After choosing option you have to enter Aadhaar No. then your details later click register, after receiving your details by website you will get ID.No., Password as message to your Email.

In the third option Employer we can see the details of companies that which Selects you.Fourth option Admin this is related DRDA or Route committee.In this it consists of personal ID.Password. E Route for Unemployed Youth

This website acts as barrier between companies and enrolled candidates, MEPMA, DRDA, ROSETI, BC study circle, NAC Community polytechnic, NGO’s, SETWAR, etc will give training in batches and give the information to companies of skilled members.By interviews,written tests companies will select the candidates.

This website gives the information of training in Army, Navy,Air force also.

ROUTE Aims and Objectives:

1. To constitute a platform for unemployed Youth of Warangal District and create a data bank for all un employees especially Youth.
2. To register names of unemployed youth irrespective of qualifications & age and arranging an ID & Password to the beneficiary (Youth) for Trainings of Self-employment , Career Guidance, Skill Developments etc. by MEPMA, RSETI, DRDA, BC Study Circle, NAC, Community Polytechnic, NGO’s & NYK and providing databank information to the companies / organizations and also Army, Navy & Air force recruitments etc on their request.
3. To make a databank of various types of unemployees and tie up with various companies/Organizations and monitoring Job Melas by JDM DRDA under the control of DRDA.
4. To act as a connecting bridge and consultant for placements & trainings in Warangal District and to resolve issues pertaining to placements.
5. To reduce, resolve, explore the possibilities of minimizing the unemployment.
6. To utilize the website for announcements of District Administration for Skill Development, Self Employment, Career Counseling activities by wide publicity.
7. To make Scrolling for Job opportunities, recruitments of various organizations like TPSC, Banks, SCC, NPDCL & Railways etc.
8. To supply the data to various organizations or companies by providing a password and to facilitate employment to youth and arranging Job Melas in convergence with line departments on a particular day with prior information to eligible / suitable youth for recruitment.
