ORDER:
In the G.O. first read above, Government have issued orders to create 10% additional posts / Courts of the total cadre of the State Judiciary and in compliance with the orders / directions of the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India in the Judgment dated 19.04.2012 in the Transferred Case (Civil) No.22 of 2001 in Brij Mohan Lal Vs. Union of India, as follows:
a) Addl. District Courts …. 18
Senior Civil Judges Courts …. 18
Principal Junior Civil Judges Courts …. 24
Junior Civil Judges Courts …. 24
b) Initially to continue 1/3rd of the existing Fast Track Courts (36) on a permanent basis with effect from 01.04.2013.
- In the G.O. second read above, as per the recommendations of the Hon’ble High Court of Andhra Pradesh, Government have issued orders for sanctioning of staff and expenditure to the (18) Addl. District and Sessions Judges Courts and (36) Fast Track Courts and stations identified.
- In the letter 3rd read above, the Registrar (Vigilance), High Court of Andhra Pradesh, has furnished the proposals and requested the Government for sanctioning of Additional Courts in the two cadres along with staff and expenditure i.e. 18 Senior Civil Judge’s Courts and 48 Junior Civil Judges Courts ( 9 Independent Junior Civil Judges Courts and 39 Additional Junior Civil Judges Courts) as the stations indicated in the Annexures consequent to the G.O.Ms.No.87, Finance (SMPC-I) Department, dated:30-03-2013.
- In the G.O. 4th read above, Government have sanctioned specifying the places / stations to the two cadres of Courts i.e., 18 Senior Civil Judge’s Courts and 48 Junior Civil Judge’s Courts (9 Independent Junior Civil Judge’s Courts and 39 Additional Junior Civil Judge’s Courts).
- In the reference fifth read above the Home (Courts.C) Department has requested to sanction posts to the newly established Courts to the two cadres of Courts, i.e. 18 Senior Civil Judge’s Courts and 48 Junior Civil Judges Courts (9 Independent Junior Civil Judges Courts and 39 Additional Junior Civil Judges Courts).
- Government after careful examination of the proposal, hereby accord sanction (1425) posts as shown in the annexure to this order, to the sixty six newly established Courts as per the staffing pattern mentioned below:
- The Home (Courts.C) Department and the Registrar (Vigilance), High Court of Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad shall take necessary action accordingly.
