In view of the guidelines to run the NRSTCs for the year 2014-15 issued by the State Project Director, TSSA, Hyderabad, all the Mandal Educational Officers of Warangal District are here by instructed to submit the proposals in the prescribed proforma I & II (Soft & Hard Copies) by 29th of this month to the under signed following guidelines.
Guidelines to Run Non Residential Special Training Centres (NRSTCs)
Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan has decided to impart age appropriate class level competencies to Out of School Children who are either never enrolled or long dropouts (for one year) to provide Special Training in Non Residential Mode.
The Non Residential Special Training Centres should be set up only at School Point. No NGO is eligible to run these NRSTCs. The Sectoral Officers and MEOs should take responsibility for identification of schools where NRSTCs are required to be started.
The NRSTC should be organized with a minimum strength of 30 and above in School Point and shall be run by Head Master.
After selection of NRSTCs approval has to be taken from the District Collector and submit the same for ratification within 24 hours to the Telangana State Project Office SSA.
