DSE AP has given the AP DEECET notification on its official website, apdeecet.apcfss.in. AP DEECET Online Application 2025 will be activated at apdeecet.apcfss.in.
Applications are invited from eligible candidates for admission into a two-year D.El.Ed course in Government DIETs and Private D.Ed Colleges in 2025.
So, Candidates can apply for AP DEECET (DIETCET) to be held in April . For more details are available at https://apdeecet.apcfss.in.
Applications will be received for Category-A seats (Convenor Quota) only through ‘ONLINE’ AP DEECET(DIETCET) website https://apdeecet.apcfss.in.
The online application process for the Andhra Pradesh Diploma in Elementary Education Common Entrance Test (APDEECET) has been started. The candidates can apply online through the official website apdeecet.apcfss.in on or before the deadline.
The DEECET entrance examinations will be conducted as per the schedule. The date, time and venue for each candidate will be available on the candidates’ admit cards.

The AP DEECET exams will be held in Telugu, English and Urdu mediums for 100 marks. Candidates will be asked questions on general knowledge, general English, general Urdu/Telugu, mathematics, physical sciences, biological studies and social sciences.
Eligibility criteria for AP DEECET
Educational qualification: The candidates need to hold a 12th pass certificate. The candidate should have secured 50 percent of marks in aggregate in the qualifying examination for appearing in the DEECET for both A and B category seats.
The minimum percentage of marks in the case of Schedule caste, Scheduled Tribe and Physically Challenged candidates shall however be 45 percent for both A and B category seats.
Age Limit: The candidates should have completed 17 years as on September 1. There is no upper age limit.
How to apply
The candidates can apply through the official website, apdeecet.apcfss.in. The candidates shall first download the ‘Information Bulletin’ free of cost from the AP DEECET(DIETCET) / DIETCET website https://apdeecet.apcfss.in/ and go through it carefully and satisfy their eligibility for appearing for AP DEECET(DIETCET).
The candidate after satisfying herself/himself about the eligibility criteria for AP DEECET (DIETCET) shall pay a fee of Rs.200.00 through APONLINE or e-Seva for submission of application through Online. At the APONLINE or e-Seva Centres, the candidate has to give the required preliminary data i.e.
- Name of the candidate,
- Date of birth,
- Gender,
- whether the candidate belongs to A.P. and
- cell phone number.
On receipt of the fee at APONLINE or e-Seva, the candidate will be issued a ‘Journal Number’ with which she/he can proceed with submitting the application online.
The issue of a Journal Number does not mean that the candidate has completed submitting the application online. It is only a confirmation of the fee received.
The candidates shall follow the procedure of submission of online application as given in the ‘Information Bulletin’ and also as per the instructions provided online while filling up the online application form.
The Candidate should be ready with photograph of size 3.5X3.5cms before filling in on-line application.
Paste the photograph on white paper and sign below (sign in Black Ink only). Look for the sample above. Ensure that the signature is within the box. Scan the required size containing the photograph and signature. Follow these initial steps before filling out the Online Application Form.
1. Application Fee:
The fee for submitting an application online and for conducting the examination is Rs.500/-. Candidates shall pay the fee through the Payment Gateway and submit the application online at the DEECET website: www.cse.ap.gov.in/ https://apdeecet.apcfss.in/.
2. Procedure for Applying Online:
i. The candidates shall first download the ‘Information Bulletin’ free of cost from the DEECET website http://deecetap.cgg.gov.in and go through it carefully and satisfy their eligibility for appearing for DEECET, .
ii. The candidate after satisfying herself/himself about the eligibility criteria for DEECET shall pay a fee of Rs.500/- through Payment Gateway for submission of application through Online.
On receipt of fee at ONLINE the candidate shall be issued a ‘ Journal Number ’ with which she/he can proceed with submission of application through online.
Issue of Journal Number does not mean that the candidate has completed submission of application online. It is only a confirmation of the fee received.
iii. The candidates shall follow the online application submission procedure as given in the ‘Information Bulletin’ and as per the instructions provided online while filling up the online application form. The Candidate should be ready with photograph of size 3.5X3.5cms before filling in on-line application. Photo Width = 3.5 CM
IV. Paste the photograph on a white paper and sign below (sign in Black Ink only). Look for the sample above. Ensure that the signature is within the box. Scan the required size containing the photograph and signature.
Please do not scan the entire page. The entire image, including the photo and signature, must be scanned and stored on a local machine in *.jpeg format.
Ensure that the scanned image size is not more than 50kb. If it is more than 50 kb, adjust the settings of the scanner, such as dpi resolutions and the number of colors, during the scanning process.
a) Applications without a photo, unclear photos, or inadequate-sized photographs will be rejected. A hall ticket will not be issued to such candidates.
Hence, after pressing the ‘UPLOAD’ button, check if the photo is of the required size, clear, and of the same candidate as the details to be filled in the application.
If the photo is smaller in size, not clear or does not belong to the candidate press ‘BACK’ button below the photograph on the application form and restart with scanning of the photograph.
b) Complaints relating to a mismatch of photograph and candidate details will not be accepted after the application is submitted at any cost.
c) After last date of receipt of applications no complaints (Name, DOB, Community, etc.) shall be entertained under any circumstance
v) Initial steps to be followed before filling Online Application Form
- Go to http://deecetap.cgg.gov.in
- Click on Application Form.
- Click on the dialogue box (i.e., WELCOME TO ONLINE APPLICATION)
- Confirm the next dialogue box (i.e., Fields marked with ‘*’ are compulsory)
- Enter your Journal Number issued by ONLINE, the date of payment of fees and Date of birth.
- At the field ‘Attach your latest photograph’ Click on Browse button and attach your photograph and your signature stored on the local machine.
- Tick the declaration and enter the verification code.
- Press Upload
- The application will be opened.
j) When the application form is opened check if the photo is of required size, clear and is of the same candidate of whom the details are to be filled in the application.
If the photo is smaller in size, not clear or does not belong to the candidate press ‘BACK’ button below the photograph on the application form and restart with scanning of the photograph.
k) Confirm that the photograph is yours and that it is as per the given specifications.
l) Fill in the application form as per the instructions given in the User Guide and
Information Bulletin and those offered while filling the Online Application Form.
m) After filling all the details press the PREVIEW button. This will display the details submitted by you. n) If you find all the details correct press SUBMIT otherwise press EDIT and resubmit the information.
o) On submitting the application form online, the candidate will be given a reference ID number, which should be kept carefully for any future correspondence. The application can be considered to have been completed only upon receiving a reference ID number.
i) On completion of submission, the candidates shall take a printout of the application and store it for future use. Candidates should not post the printout of the application to the DEECET office.
ii) In case of any clarifications before, during, or after submission of the application online, the candidates may contact the Help Desk at the Telephone Numbers between 10.30 a.m. and 5.00 p.m. on all working days. ee dates above. iii) For domain related clarifications contact.
iv) After submitting the online application, if any corrections are noticed, the candidates should make the corrections regarding their particulars, i.e., Candidate Name, Father’s Name, Date of Birth, Caste, Gender, etc. in the nominal roll only at the examination center. Complaints relating to photographs will not be entertained.
v) Applications will not be received in any manual form. Stepwise detailed instructions for filling out an online application are given in the ‘USER GUIDE’, available on the website http://deecetap.cgg.gov.in.
Candidates are advised to upload correct information in the online application. No corrections will be entertained after the application is submitted.
- Fee once remitted shall not be refunded under any circumstances.
- It is to be noted that if a candidate has been allowed to appear in the DEECET it does not imply that the candidates’ eligibility has been verified. However, qualifying the DEECET would not confer a right on any person for admission. The eligibility shall be, finally, verified by the Convener at the time of counseling for admissions if provisionally selected.
- Furnishing false, wrong, or inaccurate information can lead to the cancellation of the test result and even prosecution in appropriate cases.
- No request for re-checking, re-assessment, re-evaluation or scrutiny of answer-sheets will be entertained.
How to submit AP DEECET Online Application 2025?
The candidates shall first download the ‘Information Bulletin’ free of cost from the official website https://apdeecet.apcfss.in/ to go through it carefully and satisfy their eligibility for appearing for Andhra Pradesh DEECET.
The candidate has to give the required preliminary data (i.e. Name of the candidate, Date of birth, Gender, and mobile phone number) at the Payment Gateway. Candidate should be ready with photograph of size less than 50 kb and the signature of the candidate shall be less than 30 kb before filling in on-line application.
- On your device’s Internet Browser, type the website address https://apdeecet.apcfss.in/, press the enter button, and you will see the AP DEECET web portal on the computer screen.
- Once you reach the AP DEECET web portal, click on the ‘Application Fee Payment’ field on the home page under application section. A new page will appear on the screen.
- After clicking on the ‘Application Fee Payment’ button, the ‘Payment Verification’ web page will appear on your screen. Fill in all the mandatory details are Qualifying Exam Hall Ticket Number, Candidate Name, Date of Birth, Name of the Course, Mobile Number, Mobile Number in the respective fields and select the Payment Mode.
- After entering the correct and mandatory details and select the card type in the Payment Form and Click on the ‘Proceed to Payment’ button. Then, Payment gateway page will appear.
- After clicking the ‘Proceed to Payment’ button, the Payment web page (Payment gateway page) will appear. Be ready with the Card Related Details (Card number, Expiry date / from date, Security Code / CVV number etc.,) and Pay the registration fee.
- The confirmation of successful payment of Registration Fee is shown with the ‘Transaction is successful’ item in the Payment Status web page along with Payment Id. After Successful Fee Payment, this web page automatically redirect to new web page.
- After completion of Andhra Pradesh DEECET Fee Payment, Candidate can check the Status of the Payment using By clicking on Check Your Payment Status tab.
- In this, Enter Qualifying Examination Hall Ticket Number, Mobile Number then click on Check Payment Status button to check the status of the payment.
- After successful fee payment for Andhra Pradesh DEECET, candidate has two options either to proceed to fill in the application immediately or at a later date.
- Click on Proceed to Fill Application button to fill the application immediately and you will be taken to the Application Form. So, Enter all the mandatory details and click on ‘Proceed to Fill Application button’.
- The Andhra Pradesh DEECET application form will be displayed after you click on the ‘Proceed to Fill Application’ button. Enter all the mandatory details in the respective fields and click on the Preview/Submit button.
- Then, candidate can view the Filled Online Application Form. If you want to modify, click on Modify button to modify the application or If you want confirm, click on Confirm button to confirm the application.
- By clicking on Confirm/Freeze button, candidate can view pop up alert as Your Andhra Pradesh DEECET Application confirmed successfully. Please note your Registration Number for further Correspondence.
- By Clicking on Print Application, candidate can view the Receipt of the Andhra Pradesh DEECET Application form in your screen. Click on Print button for taking the printout of the receipt which is useful for further correspondence.
- Later, if the candidate wishes to take the print out of the application form again, he/she can visit https://apdeecet.apcfss.in/ and click on Print Your Filled in Application Form.
- Then, enter all the mandatory details in respective fields and click on Get Application Details, the Receipt web page will appear. Click on Print button for taking the printout of the receipt.
