Unmarried male candidates, who wish to join the Indian Navy, can visit the official website mentioned above to check the eligibility conditions laid down by the Government of India. The hiring is being conducted to select candidates for three categories – Senior Secondary Recruit (SSR), Artificer Apprentices (AA) and Matric Recruits (MR). As per the notification released by the Indian Navy, the recruitment exam for the said post would be conducted in the month of December-2023.
Candidates who have qualified 10+2 examination with 60% or more marks in aggregate with Maths and Physics and also with at least one subject from Chemistry or Biology or Computer Science are eligible to apply for SSR and Artificer posts while candidates who have qualified matriculation or Class 10 from a school board recognised by Ministry of Human Resources Development.
Online application process for these positions will be held on the official website, joinindiannavy.gov.in. Online applications for all these Indian Navy Sailor posts will be accepted until deadline.
Eligibility Criteria: Educational Qualification
AA: Candidates must have qualified 10+2 examination with 60% or more marks in aggregate with Maths & Physics and at least one of these subjects- Chemistry/Biology/Computer Science from the Boards of School Education recognised by MHRD, Govt. of India.
SSR: Candidates must have qualified 10+2 examination with Maths & Physics and atleast one of these subjects: – Chemistry/Biology/Computer Science from the Boards of School Education recognised by MHRD, Govt. of India.
Age Limit: Candidates should be born between 01 August 2001 to 31 July, 2004.
