Professor Jayashankar Telangana State Agricultural University has enabled the PJTSAU TS BiPC Stream Agriculture Degree Online Application 2023 on its UG Admission Web Portal website, ug.pjtsau.ac.in under TS EAMCET for Combined admissions into various Undergraduate Degree Programmes of PJTSAU, SKLTSHU & PVNRTVU under Bi.P.C. Stream.

TS EAMCET qualified students who are interested in can check details and submit the online application form at Combined UG Admission web portal, https://ug.pjtsau.ac.in. Application fee:

Rs.1800/- OC & BCs (in case of SC/ST/PH candidates Rs.900/-). The applicant has to select Debit Card /Credit Card (Visa / Master Card)/NET banking option to pay the fee and follow the online instruction to complete the payment of fee.

Necessary Documents:

Students are required to fill the mandatory details in your application form for successful submission of the UG Application Form. Therefore, students are advised to keep all the mandatory details with you before you proceed to fill the online applications form. The applicant seeking admission into various UG courses of PJTSAU, PVNRTVU & SKLTSHU should keep scanned copies of the following applicable documents ready before proceeding to apply online.

  • SSC Memorandum of Marks or Equivalent Examination Certificate, showing the evidence of the Date of Birth.
  • Pass Certificate cum Memorandum of Marks obtained by the applicant in the qualifying examination (Intermediate/Diploma or its Equivalent).
  • Bonafide / Study Certificate from 6th to 12th Class.
  • Transfer Certificate.
  • Non-Municipal Area Study Certificate (Form-I).
  • Agriculture Land Holding Certificate(Form-II).
  • The latest certified copy of the Social Status Certificate issued by the competent authority in case of applicants belonging to Backward Classes, Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes.
  • Physically Challenged certificate.

How to Apply for PJTSAU TS BiPC Stream Agriculture Degree admission?

Students who have qualified in the Telangana EAMCET examination, who wish to apply for the PJTSAU Agriculture admission, can check details and submit online application form at https://ug.pjtsau.ac.in with required documents and necessary details. Student must submit the application online mode only. For online submissions, students should follow the given simple steps.

  1. Visit the ug.pjtsau.ac.in Website

    Qualified EAMCET Telangana students need to visit the official website of Professor Jayashankar Telangana State Agricultural University, BiPC Stream PJTSAU Degree Courses Admission. For this, on your device browser type the website address https://ug.pjtsau.ac.in, press enter button and you will see the displayed website on your device screen.

  2. Click on the Application Fee Payment Button

    Once you reach the official website of TS EAMCET BiPC Stream PJTSAU Degree Admission, click on the 'Application Fee Payment button' as shown in the home page. After clicking on it, 'Pay Application Registration Fee' web page will appear on the screen.

  3. Enter Mobile Number and Mail Id

    In the Pay Application Registration Fee' web page, student has to fill his Mobile Number and Email ID fields for validation and click on the get validate button. After validating applicants Mobile Number and Email ID, “Pay Application Registration Fee' web page will be appeared in your device screen.

  4. Fill the mandatory details

    Fill in ALL the mandatory details given in the 'Pay Application Registration Fee' web page, select declarations.

  5. Click on Proceed Button

    After filled in all the mandatory details in the respective fields, click on 'Proceed to Payment button' candidate can view pop up alert screen. Read alert message and confirm TS EAMCET Hall Ticket Number and Rank by click on 'Yes' button to proceed for payment.

  6. Click on Make a Payment

    After click on 'Yes' button, the UG Admission Payment Gateway web page will open, then the candidate pay the application registration fee by selecting any one option from UPI/Rupay Debit Card/Credit Card / Debit Card/Net Banking. The confirmation of successful payment of Application Registration Fee is shown if the 'Transaction is successful' and 'Payment Status' along with Payment Reference ID gets automatically redirected to new web page. Note down the 'Payment Reference Id' for future

  7. Click on Know Your Payment Status Button

    After completion of Fee Payment for BiPC Stream PJTSAU Degree Admission, Candidate can check the Status of the Payment using By clicking on Check Your Payment Status tab. In this, Enter Qualifying Examination Hall Ticket Number, Mobile Number then click on Check Payment Status button to check the status of the payment.

  8. Click on Proceed to Fill Application button

  10. Enter Personal Details

    Once you reach the Online UG application form, the form contained the three steps. For step 1 in the application form, enter the entire mandatory personal details in respective fields and click on Save & Continue button.

  11. Enter Educational Details

    By clicking on Save & Continue button in step 1, the Education Details entry web page will be displayed. So, for step 2 in the application form, enter all the mandatory educational details in respective fields and click on 'Save & Continue button'.

  12. Upload Documents

    By clicking on Save & Continue button in Step 2, the Upload documents web page will be displayed. So, for step 3 in the application form, Upload all required documents in JPG/JPEG/PNG formats only (Min 50 KB to Max 500 KB, For photo and Signature: Min 20KB to Max 500KB). and click on Save & Preview button. Candidate can view the Filled in Online Application Form shown in you device screen. If you want to modify, click on Modify button to modify the application or If you want confirm, click on submit button to confirm the application.

  13. Click on submit button

    By clicking on submit button for final submit of the application form. Candidate can view pop up alert as Your Application submitted successfully and Application Number
    shall be displayed. Please note your BiPC Stream PJTSAU UG Diploma Application Number for further Correspondence.

  14. Click on Print Application Button

    By Clicking on Print Application, candidate can view the Receipt of the TS EAMCET BiPC Stream PJTSAU UG Application form in your screen. Click on Print button for taking the printout of the receipt which is useful for further correspondence.

Instructions to applicants

Online UG Application Form should be filled through the official website https://ug.pjtsau.ac.in/ and for smooth submission of application through ONLINE mode. This is a common online application form for admission into B.V.Sc. & A.H., B.F.Sc., B.Sc.(Hons.) Agriculture (Regular and Payment) and B.Sc.(Hons.) Horticulture (Regular and Payment) seats.

Only ONLINE application will be accepted. No application will be accepted in any other format and will be summarily rejected. The applicant should use only Chrome/Firefox browsers while filling the application online.

The applicant should visit the website: www.pjtsau.edu.in and fill the OTR (onetime registration) application with his/her or parents mobile number and avoid the mobile number of others.

The applicant should read and understand all the instructions and eligibility criteria for admission before proceeding to fill the online application form. The applicant is advised to take a print out of the instructions so that he/she can refer to the same while filling the form. Important Dates: see above

The applicant should furnish all the details while filling the Online Application Form. The applicant is advised to save the application in the draft format until final submission. It is the sole responsibility of the applicant to ensure that he/she fulfills the specified eligibility criteria before submitting the online application.

After successful submission of the application form, an application number will be generated and this can be used for future reference. Request for change in any particulars once given in the application will not be entertained.

The documents to be uploaded should be scanned in png/jpg/jpeg/pdf format only and it should not exceed 1 MB file size. The scanned passport size (3.5 cm x 4.5 cm) photograph of the applicant should be in png/jpg/jpeg format and not exceed 1 MB file size.

The applicant signature (3.5 cm x1.5 cm) should be scanned in png/jpg/jpeg format and not exceed 1 MB file size. Documents to be scanned and uploaded.

If an applicant has been found to have furnished wrong information or deliberately suppressed any relevant information or uploaded blank pages/false/fake documents, his/her application will be summarily rejected.

Payment of application fee. The fee once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances.

After successful submission of application and payment of fee, a PDF application will be generated with the particulars and attachments furnished by the applicant. The same should be downloaded, printed and brought on the counselling day.

The applicant is informed that mere submission of an online application does not guarantee allotment of seat. The particulars furnished by the applicant in the application form is final and the applicants should therefore be very careful in uploading / submitting the application form online.

The applicant should produce the originals of all the uploaded certificates for verification of the same on the counselling day. Only the certificates uploaded along with the application will be considered during the counselling and no other certificates shall be considered.

The applicants are informed not to send the downloaded application to the University by Post, by Courier or in Person as such applications will not be accepted, No correspondence with the applicants will be entertained.
