Candidates who will be appearing the entrance examination can check details and submit TS LAWCET Online Application 2023 till the deadline on the official CET web portal with required information and necessary documents.

The Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TSCHE) has started the application process for the Common Entrance Tests for Law (LAWCET) on its official website, https://lawcet.tsche.ac.in/.

TS LAWCET and PGLCET convener Prof GB Reddy said the decision to enable registration of application forms was taken considering requests of many candidates who have already made payment of fee and to give a last chance for candidates to apply for TS LAWCET and PGLCET.

TSCHE has released the Entrance Tests Revised Schedule in Telangana State. Education Department would conduct all the TS CETs as per the following revised dates. This year, all the entrance exams would be conducted online mode.

A Common Entrance Test, designated as Telangana State Law Common Entrance Test (TS LAWCET) and Telangana State PG Law Common Entrance Test (TS PGLCET) will be conducted for admission into 3Year / 5Year LL.B. Regular Courses and 2 year LL.M. Courses in the Colleges of Law in Telangana for the academic year.

Telangana State Council of Higher Education, TSCHE will release TS LAWCET & PGLCET notification. The notification would be available on the official site of TSCHE at tsche.ac.in.

Candidates can then apply for the examination through the official site of TSCHE. TS LAWCET and TS PGLAWCET exam application submission date extended.

The Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TSCHE) has extended the last date to apply for the Telangana State Law and PG Law Common Entrance exam to notified.

Interested candidates can still apply for the LAWCET and PGLCET at the official website, tsche.ac.in. Steps to Apply for TS LAWCET, PGLCET. Visit the official website, tsche.ac.in. On the homepage, click on ‘LAWCET’ on common entrance test box on left.

You will be redirected to a new page. On the new page, click on ‘fill application form’. Register using personal details. Log-in, fill the form, upload documents and Make payment

TS LAWCET, PGLCET Application Fee: For LAWCET candidates will have to pay Rs.800 and for PGLCET they will have to pay Rs.1000. For reserved category candidates, it is Rs.500 for LAWCET and 1000 for PGLCET exam.

TS LAWCET and TS PGLAWCET exam date and timings: The LAWCET and PGLCET are scheduled to be conducted on notified (Monday) from 11 am to 12:30 pm.

The Telangana State Law Common Entrance Test (TS LAWCET) and Telangana State PG Law Common Entrance Test (TS PGLCET) will be conducted by Osmania University, Hyderabad on behalf of the Telangana State Council of Higher Education for admission into three and five year LLB and two-year LLM courses in the state-based law colleges for the academic year.

Eligibility criteria:

(a) Educational qualification: Three year LLB: The candidates need to clear the senior secondary examination (10+2) with minimum of 45 per cent in aggregate, 40 per cent for SC/ST. Five year LLB: The candidates need to hold Bachelor’s degree with minimum 45 per cent in aggregate for General Category, 40 per cent for SC/ ST candidates

(b) Age Limit: Three year LLB: The upper age limit of the candidates should not exceed 20 years as on December 31. The reserved category candidates will get the age relaxation as per the official notification. Five year LLB: The candidates’ upper age limit should not cross 30 years as on December 31. For reserve categories, the candidates will get age relaxation as per the official notification.

How to Submit TS EdCET Online Application 2023?

Students who want to apply for the TS LAWCET, can check details and submit the online application form at https://lawcet.tsche.ac.in with required documents and necessary details. Student must submit the application online mode only. For online submissions, students should follow the given simple steps.

  1. Visit the lawcet.tsche.ac.in Website

    On your device Internet Browser type the website address https://lawcet.tsche.ac.in, press Enter button and you will see the displayed website on the computer screen.

  2. Click on the Application Fee Payment Button

    Once you reach the LAWCET official website, click on the Application Fee Payment button as shown in the home page. After clicking on it, a new Fee Payment Web page will appear on the screen.

  3. Click on Proceed Button

    Fill in all the mandatory details in the respective fields of the Fee Payment form and Click on the Proceed to Payment button. After clicking on it, the LAWCET Fee Payment web page will appear.

  4. Click on Make a Payment

    After filling the mandatory details the control will lead you to the Bank Payment Gateway web page and click on Make Payment button. The confirmation of successful payment of Registration Fee is shown with the Transaction is successful item to be shown in the web page Payment Status along with Payment Reference Id. After Successful Payment, web page automatically redirect to new web page.

  5. Click on Know Your Payment Status Button

    After completion of LAWCET Fee Payment, Candidate can check the Status of the Payment using By clicking on Check Your Payment Status tab on LAWCET Home page. In this, Enter Qualifying Examination Hall Ticket Number, Mobile Number then click on Check Payment Status button to check the status of the payment.

  6. Click on Proceed to Fill Application button

    After successful fee payment, candidate has two options either to proceed to fill in the application immediately or at a later date. Click on Proceed to Fill Application button to fill the application immediately and you will be taken to the Application Form. So, Enter all the mandatory details and click on Proceed to Fill Application button.

  7. Enter all Details in Application Form

    By Clicking on Proceed to Fill Application button, the LAWCET application form will be displayed. Enter all the mandatory details in respective fields and click on Preview/Submit button. Then, candidate can view the Filled Online Application Form. If you want to modify, click on Modify button to modify the application or If you want confirm, click on Confirm button to confirm the application.

  8. Click on Confirm/Freeze button

    By clicking on Confirm/Freeze button, candidate can view pop up alert as Your Application confirmed successfully. Please note your LAWCET Registration Number for further Correspondence.

  9. Click on Print Application Button

    By Clicking on Print Application, candidate can view the Receipt of the Application form in your screen. Click on Print button for taking the printout of the receipt which is useful for further correspondence. Later, if the candidate wishes to take the print out of the application form again, he/she can visit https://lawcet.tsche.ac.in and click on Print Your Filled in Application Form. Then, enter all the mandatory details in respective fields and click on Get Application Details, the Receipt web page will appear. Click on Print button for taking the printout of the receipt.

    NO. Once the Centre is allotted, it is final and no change will be entertained.

  9. Is entrance test fee refundable in case the candidate wrongly pays the fee for LL.M. instead of LL.B. or for LL.B. 3 year course instead of LL.B. 5 year’s course and vice-versa?

    NO. Once the fee is paid wrongly, it will be forfeited and will not be refunded.

  10. Are the old dated certificates of Caste and Income etc., acceptable while filling the application form?

    NO. Latest certificate Numbers should be filled in
