Instructions for AP Child Info Data Uploading: AP SSA SPD has given instructions for an update of Childinfo and Child Tracking System at for Online Monitoring and follows instructions given in the New Modules and User Manual for updating. This proceedings details as follows.

Director of School Education, Andhra Pradesh has given proceedings on 19-04-2021 for Updating of Child Information of Class 10 Students and Certain Instructions have been issued. In continuation of the orders issued and based on the representations received from certain Headmasters in the state it has been decided that all such requests should be admitted provisionally based on a self-declaration by the student/parent and Headmaster in case of Government School; Headmaster and Correspondent in case of a private aided and unaided school.

After admitting the candidates, DEOs may take up a thorough verification through MEOs or designated verification officers i.e., DYEOs or Headmasters Grade II of those high schools other than the schools that are submitting the proposals.

Therefore, all the District Educational Officers in the state are here by requested to submit excel soft copy & signed copy with DEO covering letter on or before 21.04.2021 without fail. Top priority should be given to this item of work. Any lapses in this regard will be viewed seriously.

All the Project Officers of Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan and District Educational Officers in the state are informed that it is decided to monitor the Child Info and Child Tracking System online from August 2015 onwards.

Further, the National Informatics Centre has developed certain new modules and added it in the existing child info website. All the school HMs concerned have to update the following before the data entry in school/new admissions including 1st class. These reports shall be monitored at the Mandal level by the concerned MEO and School Complex HM.

1. All schools should enter the lowest and highest class in the promotion module enabled in the child info.
2. Clear the dropout box and track the children.
3. Adding of new schools
4. In-School/New Admission

Therefore, all the Project Officers of SSA and District Educational Officers are requested to issue necessary instructions to the Mandal Educational Officers and all HMs to follow the User Manual of childinfo and complete the fixing of lowest and highest classes and clear the dropout box for every school by 20.08.2015.
