District Theatres Schedule
I invite your kind attention to the references cited above.
In this connection, it is informed that in the meeting held on 04.10.2017, the Director, School Education has agreed to identify 30 child delegates (15 boys & 15 girls) with 6 escorts for participating in the 20th Internation Children Film Festival India, 2017 at Hyderabad from 8th to 14th November 2017.
The following Decisions are taken:
1. The District Education Officers of Hyderabad, Ranga Reddy, and Medchal Districts shall work out the matching of schools & children to the identified theatres Dates & Schools and also indicate the requirement of buses to the I&PR Departments Nodal office by 27.10.2017.
ii. The District Education Officers of Hyderabad, Ranga Reddy, and Medchal Districts shall arrange one co-ordinator for each of the identified theatres and also one School Coordinating officer for each school and one Vehicle coordinator for each of the bus and inform the Names & mobile numbers to the Nodal officer, I&PR Dept.
iii. The DEOs of Ranga Reddy, Hyderabad, Medchel shall obtain the details of the buses allotted to transport the students from schools to theatres and back for all the days along with names of liaison officers identified by the RTC and Communicate the same to the theatre coordinators and a copy of the same shall be communicated to C&DSE.
The supervising /theatre co-ordinating officer and school co-ordinating officer are responsible for the safety of the student that is from school point to theatre and back, necessary information shall be given to the HM, parents, and students regarding the program, safety precautions (do’s and don’ts) and details of mobile number of organizers/officers. Private School Managements have to bring their School Children on their own buses.
iv. The DEO, Hyderabad, Ranga Reddy, Medchal are· instructed to convene a meeting with Principals / H.Ms / and private managements and officials involved in the program informing them about the program, timings and the procedure to follow and arrangements made for transportation of students, they shall also prepare list of (Do’s & Don’t’ s) for schools, escort teachers and students and communicate to schools.
Further, each school shall be requested to arrange one escort teacher for 15 to 20 students to accompany to theatre and see that they maintain discipline. It will be the responsibility of the School, to make necessary arrangements and that students reach the safety of their home.
v. The RegionalJoint Director of school education, Hyderabad shall co-ordinate with Co-ordinator, T.S.W.R.E.I. Society, Hyderabad, and District Educational Officers, Hyderabad, Ranga Reddy, Medchal and identify school children to participate workshops from 9th to 13th November 2017 at Jawahar Bala Bhavan, Public Garden, Hyderabad as follows.

vi. The District Education Officers Hyderabad, Ranga Reddy, and Mechal districts shall furnish the name of schools willing to participate in cultural activities during Inaugural to the Valedictory sessions to the Cultural Committee for screening the items and selection, and also coordinate with the Cultural Committee for · organizing cultural Programme as per schedule.
vii. The Liaison Officers, FDC is requested to furnish the details of the movies and screening timings theatre – wise, show wise to the DEO, Hyderabad, Rana Reddy, Medchal and they shall communicate the same to the Schools well in advance.
Viii. The Liaison Officer FDC is requested to take action for arranging Water, and Hygienic refreshments to the students attending the theatres as well as Inaugural and Valedictory functions.
ix. It is also informed that if any changes in the program timings it shall be informed in advance to avoid inconvenience to the students. The Regional Joint Director of School Education, Hyderabad is requested to look after the overall supervision and co-ordinate the entire program.
x. The District Educational Officer, Hyderabad shall place one coordinator
at the venue of accommodation for students delegates -; coming from districts and co-ordinate with the District guide Teachers. ·
xi. The District Education Officers are instructed to identify one student delegate (VI – X Class) from among the child Artists or Students of cultural / Artistic aptitude and who are proficient in Telugu/ English. The students shall be accompanied by one escort teacher for each erstwhile District. The female teacher shall escort if girl students are identified as delegates and send the details of contact numbers of parents of delegates to the AD(C) 0 / o C& DSE, Hyderabad.
xii. The District education officer, Ranga Reddy, Medchal should arrange to mobilize the required a number of students for inaugural and closing functions on 08.10.2017 and 14.10.2017 respectively in consultation with Film Development Corporation Hyderabad.
Xiii The Nodal Officers, I & PR Department shall communicate the list of Theatres selected films in the Districts with seating capacity show timings and to the DEOs in the State with instructions to Co-ordinate with the DPRO concerned and nearby High Schools for arranging School Children to watch the festival films in the selected theatres from 08.11.2017 to 14.11.2017.
They are requested to take all precautionary measures for the safety of Children. It is decided that the Committee shall meet on 02.11.2017 at 4.00 PM and all the Members shall attend the meeting with the action taken reports for review of arrangement for Conduct of the event in a befitting manner.

The attention of the Regional Joint Director of School Education, Hyderabad and all District Educational Officers in the state is invited to the reference 3rd read above, the Managing Director, TSFDC, Commissioner, I & PR Department has informed that in the meeting held on 04.10.2017,
The Director of School Education has agreed to identify 30 child delegates (15 boys & 15 girls) with 6 escorts by the School Education department and 20 Children (10 girls & 10 boys) and 4 escorts by T.S.W.R.E.I. Society for participating in the 20th International Children Film Festival India, 2017 at Hyderabad from 8th to 14th November 2017.
And also requested to depute one Senior Officer as a co-ordinator on or before 25.10.2017 to liaise with Telangana State Film Development Corporation and Children Film Society India Officials. Further, it submitted that as informed in the video Conference earlier, each District Educational Officer is requested to identify one student delegate (VI – X Class) from among the child Artists or Students of cultural / Artistic aptitude and who are proficient in Telugu/ English.
The students shall be accompanied by one escort teacher for each erstwhile District (not more than six in the state). The female teacher shall escort if girl students are identified as delegates. International Children’s Film Festival

Therefore, the Regional Joint Director of School Education, Hyderabad is requested to co-ordinate with Co-ordinator, T.S.W.R.E.I. Society, and the District Educational Officers in the state and report compliance. This has got the approval of Commissioner and Director of School Education, Hyderabad.
