Maharashtra Common Entrance Test, MHT CET Exam Date 2025 has been announced by the State Higher and Technical Education Department on its official website, cetcell.mahacet.org. The exam would be held from September 15 to October 10.
The official notification on the complete examination schedule will be available soon on the official website. The State Common Entrance Test Cell, Maharashtra, has increased the number of test centres this year due to the coronavirus pandemic in the state.
The candidates can apply for admission to degree courses in Engineering and Technology, Pharmacy, and Pharm.D for Academic Year 2025. The questions will be asked from Class 11 and Class 12 syllabus in the CET exam.

After completing the MHT CET registration process candidates are advised to note down their MHT CET login IDs and password for future reference.
For the general category, candidates’ qualifying percentage will be 45 percent to qualify for MHT CET, whereas the reserved category candidates will need 40 percent to qualify for the exam.

The syllabus for MHT CET for admission to the first year of engineering and technology, pharmacy, and Pharm D degree courses will be based on the Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education (MSBSHSE).
Of the total exam, 80 percent weightage will be given to the class 12 curriculum and 20 per cent to class 11, as per the official notice. MHT-CET will consist of three question papers of multiple-choice questions (MCQs) and each paper will be of 100 marks.
