Foreign Medical Graduate Exam (FMGE) result has been declared. Those who took the exam can visit the official website of the National Board of Examinations (NBE) to check their results.
Candidates who have taken the examination can check their results on the official NBE websites—www.natboard.edu.in and www.nbe.edu.in.
Individual scorecards will be uploaded on the website, and candidates can download them from the official websites. FMGE results have been published as a PDF file, and individual scorecards will be released later.

Candidates who did not submit the prescribed documents have been declared ineligible, and the board has canceled their candidature. Also, the results of such candidates whose face ID is under verification have been withheld.

How to check NBE FMGE Result 2025
The National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences, NBEMS, will release the scorecard for the FMGE Result on its official website.
Candidates who have appeared for the examination can check their results through the official site of NBE, nbe.edu.in. Individual scorecards can be downloaded from the FMGE website, https://nbe.edu.in. To download the score card, candidates can follow the simple steps given below.
- Candidates need to visit the official site of NBE on nbe.edu.in.
- Once you reach the official website, click the FMGE link on the home page.
- A new page will open where candidates will have to click on score card link that will be available.
- Enter the login details and click on submit. Your scorecard will be displayed on the screen.
- Check the score card and download it. Keep a hard copy for future reference. For more related details, candidates can check the official site of NBE.
Candidates are requested to visit www.natboard.edu.in and www.nbe.edu.in to check the merit list. The FMGE December session was held on December 4. The result has been announced for a total of 19,122 candidates, of whom 3,722 candidates have cleared the exam.
To pass, candidates must have at least 150 marks out of 300 marks. Failed candidates can apply for the exam again.
There are no restrictions on the number of attempts that an applicant can make. The FMGE exam consists of one paper, comprising 300 multiple-choice questions and single-correct-response questions in English only, delivered in two parts to be taken in a single day. There is no negative marking in the exam.
FMGE is held twice a year by NBE. Indian and overseas applicants who want provisional or permanent registration from the Medical Council of India (MCI) or State Medical Council (SMC) to practice or study medicine in India need to take the test.
