In the circumstances reported by the Commissioner of Health and Family Welfare, A.P, Hyderabad in the reference read above, Government after careful examination of the matter hereby constituted the following State Advisory Group, District / Cluster / Mandal Level Screening Committees with the following Members and terms and conditions :

Terms and Conditions

The State Level Advisory Group will oversee the operational and technical aspects in respect of implementation of RBSK and will also seek to build strong convergence with key stake holders.

The Committee will meet to review the activities preferably on ce in every six months and to suggest necessary midcourse corrections in the programme. The Committee will help in re-aligning existing programmes of other departments for their effective implementation.

The Commissioner, Heath & Family Welfare, Commissioner & Director of School Education, Commissioner, Women Development and Child Welfare will be jointly responsible for the overall implementation of Co-ordination and monitoring of the programme. The Director of Public Health and Family Welfare, State Project Director, SSA & Commissioner, Women Development & Child Welfare will be the jointly responsible for the day to day implementation of the programme.

The District Medical & Health Officer, District Education Officer and Project Officer, SSA will be jointly responsible for the overall implementation, co-ordination and monitoring of the District Level Committee.

The Senior Public Health Officer, Deputy Education Officer and Child Development Project Officer will be the jointly responsible for the day to day implementation of the CHNC Level programme.

The Medical Officer, PHC, the Mandal Education Officer and Child Development Project Officer will be the jointly responsible for the day to day implementation of the Mandal/PHC Level Programme.

The programme will be a rolled-out with collective, collaborative effective inter departmental co-ordination and convergence between Health & Family Welfare, School Education (Primary, SSA, Secondary, RMSA), Women Development and Child Welfare and also all Welfare Departments.
