North Central Railway Group C Posts Recruitment 2021 notification released on its website. North Central Railway to recruit candidates for Group C posts against sports quota in the organization.

NCR is inviting candidates to apply for the post through the official site of NCR at rrcald.org. The last date to apply for the post is till January 20, 2021. This recruitment drive will fill up 21 posts in the organization.

Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualification: For GP 1900/2000 (7th CPC Pay Matrix Level – 02/03): The candidate should have a minimum qualification of Intermediate or equivalent examination passed from any recognized Board.

For Technical Posts candidates shall be passed Act Apprenticeship/ITI. The Certificate of Act Apprenticeship/ITI must be approved by SCVT/NCVT.
For GP 2400/2800 (7th CPC Pay Matrix Level – 04/05): The candidate should have a minimum qualification of degree or its equivalent examination passed from any recognized University/Institute.

Age limit: Candidates who want to apply for the post should be between 18-25 years of age as on January 1, 2021. Check Official Notification here.

Pay Scale:

Group ‘C’ posts PB-I Rs. 5200- 20200 + Grade Pay Rs. 1900/2000 and 2400/2800 (Revised Pay Scale after 7th CPC Pay Matrix Level

Selection Process:

The selection process comprises of trials and assessment of sports achievements etc. The candidates who are found fit in trials will only be considered for the next stage of the recruitment process. The recruitment process will be finalized by the HQ office. An application/candidature of a candidate can be rejected at any stage if found false and Railway will not communicate the reasons whatsoever, as per official notification.

Application Fee:

Candidates belonging to SC/ST/Ex Servicemen/Persons with Disabilities (PWDs), Women, Minorities and Economic Backward Classes whose family income is less than Rs. 50000 per annum will have to pay Rs 250/- as application fees and candidates belonging to other categories will have to pay Rs 500/- as application fees.
