ABC Programme Pre Test, Post Test Question Papers 2021 under LEP 3Rs Program for TS Schools. Telugu Medium Class wise and Subject wise Baseline Test Question Papers, English Medium Class wise and Subject wise Baseline Test Question Papers are prepared by Telangana Samagra Siksha Abhiyan for conducting the Baseline Test in July month.
Baseline papers for class III to VIII have been prepared to assess the basic competencies of children in Reading, Writing (For Telugu, English) and four fundamental Mathematical operations and these papers have been mailed to DPO’s personal mail with the password-protected file. Detailed guidelines have been issued for implementing the Attainment of Basic Competencies – ABC (Moolalloki Veladam) Program effectively.
The confidentiality should be maintained for ABC Programme test items. The District Educational Officers (DEOs has sent the Baseline Test Question Paper to the MEOs through the mail with a protected password. The Mandal Educational Officers will supply one set of xerox copy of the Question Paper to each school through CRPs.
Note:Password (Shiksha@2019 for 3rd to 5th Classes and Samagra@2019 for 6th to 8th Classes) for Baseline Test Question papers for viewing and printing will be sent as a message. ABC Programme Baseline Test /Pre Test Question Papers PDF files will be uploaded and password would be provided ABC Programme Post Test Question Papers.
Commissioner of School Education, Telangana State has given instructions to all the District Educational Officer and Ex-officio Project Officer of Samagra Shiksha in the State to prepare their own post-test paper and conduct Attainment of Basic Competencies-ABC (Moolalloki veldam) post-test as per the schedule and upload Post-test results.
Attainment of Basic Competencies-ABC (Moolalloki beldam) program has been implementing in all Govt., Local body Schools and KGBVs in this academic year. As such the District Educational Officers are monitoring the program with Headmaster, School Complex Head Masters, Sectoral Officers and Mandal Educational Officers for implementation. The pre-test has been conducted in all Govt. Local body and KGBVs and results are being uploaded on the website. Further, it is scheduled to conduct a Post Test for students who are undergoing remedial teaching after Pre-test.

Instructions for question numbers 1 to 5
This section tests the Reading Comprehension.
There are five questions. (1 to 5)
One mark is to be awarded for each satisfactory answer
Minor errors may be ignored if the sense is fairly conveyed.
Instructions for Q. No 6 (2 marks: 1 mark for word identification and 1 mark for spelling)
If the student identifies and writes 4 or more words related to the picture one mark is to be
awarded ignoring minor spelling mistakes.
If at least 4 or more words identified or correctly spelled one more mark is to be awarded.
Instructions for Q. No. 7 Discourse-4 marks)
The discourse is to be evaluated and marks are to be awarded for the following 4 parameters:
ONE MARK for the satisfactory presentation of the idea.
ONE MARK for a satisfactory use of vocabulary.
ONE MARK for proper sentence construction
ONE MARK for conventions of writing
Instructions for question numbers Q. Nos. 8-11 (Sentence 4 marks)
ONE MARK is to be awarded for each correct sentence.
