Not to Paste Calender or Poster, Commissioner and Director of School Education issued a proceedings for Not to paste Calendars, Posters etc at the O/o Commissioner of School Education,Proceedings.Rc.No. Spl/Estt-1/2014, Dated 20.12.2014

Subject: Request not to paste Calendars, Posters etc on the Walls, Doors, Windows, Partitions, Almirahs etc., to maintain cleanliness in 0/0. Commissioner of School Education, Telangana & Andhra Pradesh-Reg

The Annual Wall Calendars and Table calendars are distributed to the Schools, Offices, Teachers and staff members for information and convenience.

It is indeed a good practice for the benefit of Teachers and Employees of the department. Apart from that, the Wall Calendars & Posters were being pasted on the Walls, Doors,  Windows, Almirahs, Partitions, Lift etc.

Not to Paste Calender or Poster, This has resulted in shabby & indecent appearance and affecting the decorum of the office. As such, the same have been cleaned up recently.

Therefore, all the concerned are requested not to  paste the calendars, posters, stickers etc., on  the walls, doors, windows, cupboards,, compound walls, almirahs„partitions , lift etc. Giving the same to the officers and staff by hand is welcome. Their cooperation in keeping the office premises neat and tidy would be appreciated.
