All the District Educational Officers and District Intermediate Educational Officers are here by informed that as per the request of D.E.O.’s/ D.l.E.O.’s I Organizing Secretaries allotted 63rd School Games Federation of Telangana Inter District Tournament for the year 2017-2018 (copy of Annexure-A and Annexure-8 enclosed for ready reference) and may also requested to conduct State Level Inter District Sports Zones Tournament Cum Selections (Ten District Sports Zones will participate for Telangana State Team selections) on or before September 4th week, 2017.
In this connection it is informed to provide one computer along with colour printer and scanner to Organizing Secretary, District School Games Federation for online submission of District official entry form and to take print out of Participation and Merit Certificates of 63rd School Games Federation of Telangana State Inter District Sports Zones Tournament for the year 2017-2018.
All the, District Educational Officers and District Intermediate Educational Officers are requested to give strict instructions to the Organizing Secretaries those who were conducted Inter District Tournaments they must submit telangana state team selected players official entry through online School Games Federation of India website sgfionline.net (or) sgfibharat.com to participate in 63rd School Games Federation of India National Championship for the year 2017-2018. This has got the approval of the Commissioner & Director of School Education, Telangana, Hyderabad.
