Procedure for Submission of Preferences through Web Based Selection Form for Admission into Two Year D.Ed Course through DIETCET for 2013– 15 Batch. Admissions into Two Year D.Ed Course in the State for 2013-15 batch will be made as per the rank obtained in DIETCET 2013 through Web Based Selection of Colleges.
The process of admission involves three stages:
- Online submission of preferences of colleges through Web Based Selection Service.
- Allotment of seat and download of Provisional Admission Letter.
- Issue of Final Admission Letter after verification of certificates and payment of course fee at the district level venue identified by the Chairman DIETCET 2013 and on dates given on the Provisional Admission Letter.
The Web-Based Selection will be made in two spells. The First spell will be from 11.11.2013 to 14.11.2013. Candidates may submit their preferences of colleges from 11.11.2013 to 14.11.2013 at http://dietcet.cgg.gov.in. To begin with, download the list of colleges that are available University area wise kept on the website http://dietcet.cgg.gov.in
All the candidates who have qualified in DIETCET 2013 and wish to seek admission should pay a fee of Rs.60/- at any of the e-Seva or AP ONLINE centers or through payment gateway provided in the link by giving your minimum details and obtain Transaction ID / Journal Number.
After obtaining the Transaction ID / Journal Number login to http://dietcet.cgg.gov.in and click on the link ‘Submission of Preferences for Admission’.
The list of districts will be displayed on the screen. Select the districts into which you wish to seek admission. The list of colleges in those districts will be displayed.
Candidates seeking admission in non-local university areas should download the list of Maximum Rank (State Rank) of DIETCET 2013 that is permissible for Web-Based Selection of colleges under ‘OPEN’ category. Candidates can submit preferences for the non local districts, if her / his rank is equal to or below the Maximum Rank given for any category.
Follow the ‘On Screen’ instructions and messages that are given during the course of selection of your preferences. Before pressing the ‘Submit’ button please check thoroughly the preferences submitted
After submission of preferences download the pdf of submitted preferences and read the Declaration and Disclaimers. Each candidate will be allowed to edit the preferences submitted by them for two times between 11.11.2013 to 14.11.2013. Submission of preferences through Web Based Selection is not the end of the admission procedure. It is only registration for admission. Admissions will be made exclusively in the sequence of merit.
If you are provisionally selected for admission to any of the colleges you will be sent SMS on your mobile. Download the Provisional Admission Letter from Dates: 11.2013 to 22.11.2013 from http://dietcet.cgg.gov.in and follow guidelines given on it with regard to certificate verification and fee payment.
Final Admission Letter will be issued after verification of Certificates at the district level venue at District Institute of Elementary Education of the concerned District and on dates given on the Provisional Admission Letter.
