ORDER:
As per the directions of the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India in C.A. No. 1867/2006 dated 04-01-2007 and as per amended Rule 4(2)(b) of the Andhra Pradesh State Judicial Service Rules,2007 in the reference 2nd read above, the Registrar (Vigilance), High Court of Judicature, Hyderabad has forwarded the names of 29 Civil Judges (Senior Division) out of the which 28 Civil Judges (Senior Division) as District Judges (Entry Level) by promotion under 65% quota for the year 2015 and (1) Civil Judge (senior Division) as District Judge (Entry Level) under Rule 14 of Andhra Pradesh State Judicial Service Rules,2007 and requested to notify the appointments.
2. In the reference 3rd read above, the Secretary, Law Department of Telangana State Government was requested to take necessary action in respect of (10) District Judges working in Telangana Government from among the proposed (29) District Judges, by Registrar (Vigilance), High Court of Judicature.
3. Therefore, the Governor for the States of Andhra Pradesh & Telangana in consultation with the High Court of Judicature, Hyderabad hereby approves the following panel and makes the appointment of Senior Civil Judges as District Judges (entry level) by promotion under 65 % quota, for the year 2015 :
