Talent Test in TS Schools, Talent Search Test Competitions Schedule 2023: The CSE and SPD, Samagra Shiksha, Telangana have given instructions for Conduct of Talent Test at District and Mandal Level. PAB has approved the Sub activity Talent Search at School level ‘under Quality Components (Secondary & Sr. Secondary) for the year 2022-23.
Talent Search is a talent identification program that is helpful to identify young talented students to enhance and realize their full potential. Opportunities provided will allow gifted students to actualize their unique abilities. Accordingly, it is proposed to conduct a talent search test for students of Classes VIII to X
Talent Test would be conducted at School Level, Mandal Level, District level and State level as per the schedule. In this connection, Certain guidelines have been issued for the conduct of Talent Test Competitions.

All the District Educational Officer and Ex-officio Project Officer of Samagra Shiksha in the State are informed that the PAB approved the Sub activity Talent Search at School level ‘under Quality Components (Secondary & Sr. Secondary) for the year 2023-20.
Talent Search is a talent identification program that is helpful to identify young talented students to enhance and realize their full potential. Opportunities provided will allow gifted students to actualize their unique abilities. Accordingly, it is proposed to conduct a talent search test for students of Classes VIII to X
In this context, the State level workshop was conducted to finalize the plan of action and confidential material. It is scheduled to integrate this program with Swachhta Pakhwada, which is going to be observed from 1st to 15h September in all Schools. The following instructions may be followed.
Instructions for Conduct of Talent Test:
- Talent search confidential material for Mandal Level, District level and State level has been finalized
- Conduct of School Level Talent test on 04 Sep for Classes 8-10. Prepare their own paper. Utilize funds from School grant Top two students should be sent to Mandal Level Competitions from each event
- Conduct of Mandal Level competitions on 07 Sep The soft copy will be supplied to all the MRCS through concerned DEOS. Top two students should be sent to District Level Competitions from each event
- Conduct of District level Talent test on 11 Sep The Soft copy will be supplied to all DPOS. The top two students should be sent to State level Competitions from each event.
- State-level Competitions will be held on 16 Sep. Winners will be selected and prizes will be distributed
- MEO is the Coordinator for Mandal level Programme and Sectoral Officer II/ Incharge S.O – ll is the Coordinator for District Level program.
These competitions have to be conducted along with Swachhta Pakwada Painting (2), Essay Writing (1) and Letter writing to Mahatma Gandhiji competitions to save time and money. At all levels, Prizes and merit Certificates have to be given to winners to encourage further.
