All the Regional Joint Directors of School Education / District Educational Officers in the State are informed that it is noticed that number of stakeholders are coming personally to this office for submitting various grievances/issues pertaining to this Department.
To avoid the hardship to the stakeholders, it is decided to install a Toll-Free Telephone Number in this office for receiving the grievances and address the issues immediately.
Accordingly, the following Toll-Free Telephone has been installed in 0/o. Director of School Education, Telangana, Hyderabad for receiving grievances from all corners.
Therefore, they are requested to give wide publicity in their districts and also instruct the Head Masters of all the schools (Govt. / ZP / Mpl. / Private / Aided / Model Schools / KGBV) under their control to paint the Toll Free Number at visible place in the school premises with bold letters immediately. The Toll-Free Number will function from 10.30 AM to 6 PM in all working days.

I am a teacher. All children got holidays but the staff members still working…And the management and principal saying we don’t have any holidays we have to work full day. Who is responsible for staff’s health government or school management.. ?

The School Education Department has given holidays only for Children not for staff.
Our Unions has given representations to DSE Telangana on March 19 on this issue. DSE will response soon on this issue.
Govt has given holidays to Schools but the Education Department has not given holidays to Staff

Iam a student of narayan high school shalibanda hyd our school managment is forcing us to pay 30% of fees during lockdown and even addmission renewl fees i.e 3000 per student so me and my brother studies in that school ……the managment says if we dont pay this fees our addmission will be canceld …..so on this issue i said them that as we all know there is lockdowm going on & we belong to a middle class family soo how would we pay this much of amount to the school so they are forwarding us the online links for fee payments & even calling us up daliy & continuesly though the online class are going on at the ZOOM cloud app & even though iam a student of 10th class now so they are forcing me up to purchase the books from the school or either from online link of the school ……..so this is my humble request to you sir, to take up a strict action against the school ……i hope u understand our situation and response mee as soon as possible sir….hope u do so ……THANKU

My name is Pavan and my two kids are studying 7th & 5th class in Narayana school, Malkajgiri, I lost my job and I did not get my salary for April & May months due to Covid 19 lockdown, and I am unable to pay my house rent also. In this situation Narayana School management forcing us to purchase the books for 7th & 5th classes which is costing Rs.7800.00 & Rs.6700 respectively. In that they will not give any State government books we need to purchase it out side separately. They are forcing and calling us daily to pay renewal fees. As per our TS government directions only tuition fees need tobe collect on monthly basis. But school management is not giving any clarity on tuition fees and they are simply telling that what ever we are collecting is tuition fees only. As a lower middle class person I am requesting the concern authorities to take the necessary action and requesting you to give the direction to the schools to mention the classwise tuition fees details in the notice board. Hope you will understand our situation. Your actions are mostly anticipated. Thank you.

My name is latha Sreekanth from lb nagar, my daughters are studying in Akshara International school lb nagar. They are into 8th and 6th grade. The school management have been continuously calling us for paying the fees along with annual fees. According to GO 46 the government has passed the rule that there should not be any hike in school fees and only Tution fee has to be collected in monthly mode. But Akshara school did not care to follow the rules and hiked the fees by 10% and charging annual fees of Rs. 10000. They also stated that without paying annual and term fees books will not be issued. The charge for books is more. We are not in a position to pay this high amount of fees during this pandemic period. Our salary is deducted by 30 percent. Sir plz solve our problem and save us from this fees hike. Your actions are mostly anticipated. Thank you.

Hi Sir My son studying in VIKAS CONCEPT School Bachupally in 4th grade, they are conducting online classes for full day and six days per week only sunday is given holiday and screen time is almost 7 to 8 hrs a day which is dangerous for such small kids, why can’t our government also take initiate of banning online classes till 5th grade like karnataka government. Who is responsible for there health if any thing happens to there eyes. Please consider and also they are forcing to pay fees.Please take action on these issues… Please

After a GO from TS which says to collect fees monthly and not term fees, still they are demanding for payment of full term fees. Even they have increased the fees a lot. Also they are asking to pay separate fees for uniforms and socks etc.. for online classes. I really don’t understand the logic and feel frustrated with such schools. Please do a proper justice.

My son is studying 5th grade in Sadhu Vaswani International School, Kompally. we paid a total fee of Rs 37,100/- in the month of March 2020 for the 1st quarter of the new academic year, which included: Annual Fee 15200.00,Mira Mag Fee 200.00,Neverskip Fee 300.00,I Term TuitionFee 15200.00
I Term -Transport 6200.00, (the tuition fee was already increased by 5%.)
Respected sir, if everything was fine we wouldn’t mind paying that because we are very much aware of the fee structure while taking the admission.
but now because of this global pandemic me and my husband are completely jobless as we work for a transport company which is worst hit.
As per GO 46, firstly they shouldn’t increase the tuition fee, which they did and collected already, secondly they should take only tuition fee, but they have collected all the above mentioned fees
and today we receive a message asking to pay the next quarter fee and they gave us an option to pay the same monthly Rs 3,800/-
sir, firstly online classes are really painful, for a class 5 student who barely focuses on the class and its my responsibility to make him do class work and home work.
am not blaming the teachers, they are doing their part but I am not a teacher by profession , I always end loosing my cool helping him with class work, homework , project work and uploading all that stuff …do you think a 10yr old can do all this on his own !!!
school management has sent messages saying only 25% of transport fee will be returned and will be adjusted in the next term fee .
the school is run by trust, I somehow feel they can still manage to pay the salaries by themselves and not to collect the same from us .
we are really in bad shape struggling for basics.
Rs 37,100/- is a good amount which actually can be used for 10 months( because they said we can pay 3,800/- per month from now on ), if they strictly abide by the GO46

Hello Sir,
As per the GO issued by the Govt, the school should collect only tution fees. But Global Indian International School, Uppal is insisting the parents to pay Transport and Annual fees as well. They have been paying only 50% of the salaries to rhe subject teachers even after they working hard for conducting online classes and they have not paid a single penny to the extra activity teachers. The parents have been requesting to wave off the other fees amount but they are not responding towards it. They are disabling the students access for the online classes if the parents have not paid the fees. Few of the parents have paid the entire fees fearing that their kids have to bear the impact of not paying the fees. This is not fair. Please take necessary action and help us to get justice.
Sir as me and my husband have to work for survival ,in lock down no work, rent house, monthly income of me and husband less than 20000, I have profe of our income I can send u, now we both work, how my 2 children lkg and 6th learn online, school didn’t give any online class to my children, bcoz I didn’t pay last 2month academy fee, we will pay this month only for one child, next month for other, they tell us to buy book and pay current month fee for adding In online, and class for 1 hour only, sir plz look for low class like us

Our kids are studying in Madina Public School. These school people are forcing us to pay fees on monthly basis. They did not reduce the fees inspite of all issues. They have just reduced it very less. For 8th grade they are charging 38000, with 3200 /month. For 3rd class it is 36000, with 3000/month and for 10th grade ot is 46000. So monthly how can we pay this amount. Its really pathetic about the school. How come they can ask this much amount. The government should see in this matter and clearly should fix some amount like 1000 Rs per month.
They are warning us if we dont pay the fees they will remove the kids from online classes. What is this???

I Took admition to my son in May 2020 and paid total amount of Rs.150000/- for Nursery in GLOBAL INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL in Peerzadiguda but classes are not started hence i requested to Prinicipal cancel the admintion and refund the fee , because we are not interested for online classes but they denied to refund the fee , we are not single class why they denied to refund is there any chance to get the full amount please help me

Dear Sir, My kids are studying in St.Martin school chintal. They are taking online classes from last two months i.e daily Two classes and from this month it is 3 classes.They are keep on asking about Tution fee payment for two terms i.e Rs.28000/- for my each kid. If not paid by this month end they will remove my kids names from online class group. Understand from teachers that they are getting 50% salaries.
I would like to inform you that I am working in private company and going to office from last 3 months but we are getting 50 to 75% of salary. When there is the syllabus cut, school working days and teachers salary cut why should we pay 100 % of fee which is equal to last year fee. Why should we pay full fee for two online classes.

Dear Sir, My daughters are studying in Priayadarshini High School, Golconda. Since the lockdown happened during corona pandemic, the school authorities forcing its students to pay the full fee despite the school was closed all the months since then, and in the name of online classes they are just using Free Google Classroom software and pasting some xyz youtube link and asking its students to watch it n answer!! Almost all teachers lack knowledge of professional teaching and they lack knowledge in teaching techniques, if any body complains they deliberately harass their students in class. Pls look into the matter and ask the management to streamline the teaching method and use zoom platform so that students can watch their teachers in a professional way

Dear Sir/ Madam,
Geetha High School located at Patancheru, Sangareddy is forcing parents to pay the fees for the months June, July and August in which there were no classes taken for I – V. From September 1, 2020 this School is taking only 80-120minutes of online class and charging complete fees as last year. Many parents visited the School but stringently asked to follow that schools order on fees.
We paid fee for September 2020 but School taken the fee as June 2020 and the same was mentioned in the fee card.

School is conducting 4 online classes daily of 45 min. and too much home work they are giving on daily basis and they keep saturday busy too with some work or test. I raised this issue in online PTA meeting too but; instead they increased the work. Pls. help too much screen time and work is not good for health for a small kid.
