The TS BC Welfare BSc (Hons) Agriculture Degree Admission 2023 provides an excellent opportunity for students belonging to the BC category to pursue a high-quality undergraduate degree in the field of agriculture.
The program aims to empower students with the necessary knowledge and skills to contribute to the agricultural sector and address the challenges of food security and sustainable farming practices.
During the Academic year 2022-23, two Agricultural Colleges for Women have started at Wanaparthy and at Karimnagar with an intake of 120 per College.
At present the Wanaparthy College is functioning at Peddagudem near Wanaparthy. The Karimnagar College is functioning at Thimmapur, Karimnagar. The seats in these Colleges have been filled from meritorious candidates of EAMCET and AGRICET.
Applications for the 2nd batch i.e., for the academic year 2023-24 are invited from the eligible candidates qualified in EAMCET 2023 and AGRICET 2023.
This notification is for EAMCET 2023 qualified Candidates only for 85% seats. Separate notification for AGRICET 2023 candidates will be issued after Results are announced by PJTSA University for 15% seats.

MJPTBCWREIS BSc Agriculture Admission Eligibility 2023
a. Qualification
- WOMEN candidates of Telangana State are only eligible.
- A pass in two-year Intermediate Examination conducted by the Board of Intermediate Education, Telangana State or any other examination recognized as equivalent thereto by the University or Intermediate Board with the following subjects namely: i) Physical Sciences ii) Biological Sciences (OR)
- A pass in 2 year Diploma in Agriculture/Diploma in Seed Technology / Diploma in Organic Agriculture from PJTSAU.
- Candidates shall qualify either TS-EAMCET 2023 (or) PJTSAU AGRICET 2023 of Telangana State.
b. Age Limit
The candidates for admission into B.Sc. (Hons.) Agriculture course shall be required to have completed 17 years of age with an upper age limit of 22 years for all the candidates and 25 years in respect of SC and ST candidates; as on 31st December of the year of admission.
c. Income Limit
Parental annual income not exceeding Rs.1,50,000/- (Rupees One lakh fifty thousand only) for applicants residing in rural areas and Rs. 2,00,000/- (Rupees Two lakh only) for applicants residing in urban areas are eligible.
d. Residential Certificate
Applicants who have gap/break in the years of study for reasons other than failure or those who passed the qualifying examination by private study have to submit this certificate issued by the Tahsildar.
In case, the applicant has resided in more than one place, separate certificates from the Tahsildar, should be furnished for such places of residence.

The candidate shall first go through the information bulletin/Prospectus carefully, available on the website https://mjptbcwreis.telangana.gov.in. If satisfied her eligibility for applying, then only, the candidate has to apply.
MJPTBCWREIS Application Fee 2023
The candidate after satisfying herself about the eligibility criteria, shall pay Rs. 1,000/- (Rupees One Thousand only) through PAYMENT GATEWAY from 06.07.2023 to 31.07.2023 to enable to submit application online.
- Candidate shall upload all the documents mentioned along with online application.
- Candidate shall produce all the original documents at the time of Counselling for verification.
- Caution deposit and maintenance fee shall be paid at the time of Counselling itself.
MJPTBCWREIS BSc Agriculture Admission Selection Process 2023
The selection of candidates for all the seats shall be made on the basis of ranks obtained by the candidates in the Telangana State EAMCET 2023 conducted by the Telangana State Council for Higher Education /AGRICET-2023 conducted by the Professor Jayashankar Telangana State Agricultural University, Rajendranagar, Hyderabad.
In case of a tie in ranks obtained by two or more candidates in the Telangana State EAMCET 2023/AGRICET 2023, the marks secured in the optional subjects of the qualifying examination (Intermediate or its equivalent/Diploma in Agriculture) shall be taken into consideration. In case of a further tie, the age of the candidate shall be taken into consideration and the older candidate shall be given preference.
Reservation of Seats
The rule of reservation will be followed: SC: 15%, ST: 6%, BC-A: 20%, BC-B: 28%, BC-C: 3%, BC-D: 19%, BC-E: 4%, EBC: 2% & Orphans: 3%.
Seat Allocation
85% seats shall be filled with TS-EAMCET-2023 rankers and 15% seats shall be filled with PJTSAU-AGRICET-2023 rankers of Telangana State in both Colleges.
Hostel facility
Free Lodging and Boarding facility shall be provided to all the students (100% Residential Programme).

Original certificates to be produced at the time of counselling:
- SSC Memorandum of Marks or Equivalent Examination Certificate, showing the evidence of the Date of Birth.
- Pass Certificate cum Memorandum of Marks obtained by the applicant in the qualifying examination (Intermediate (10+2) or its Equivalent Examination).
- Income Certificate for the year 2023-24
- TS EAMCET 2023 Rank Card.
- Bonafide/Study Certificate from 6th to 12th Class / 6th to Diploma.
- Transfer Certificate of the institute last studied.
- The Social Status Certificate issued by the competent authority of Telangana State in case of applicants belonging to Backward Classes, Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes.
