10th class passed students who want to join various intermediate courses in Telangana Govt Junior Colleges can submit the TSBIE Admission Online Application 2025 on its admission portal.

TSBIE has launched the Student Self-Enrolment Option on its web portal for Govt. JR Colleges Online Admissions. For this, students need to fill out the Government Colleges online First Year Admission form.

The CIE Telangana has given instructions on Online Intermediate first-year admissions and provided additional facilities for Online Enrolment for Admission into Government Junior Colleges/ Government Vocational Junior Colleges for the new academic year.

Telangana Inter Board has informed all the Students, Parents, and Principals of the Government Junior Colleges (GJCs) that the Telangana State Board of Intermediate Education (TSBIE) has announced the First Phase of the Admission Schedule for the two-year Intermediate Course.

Te TSBIE has provided a Self Enrolment Online Option Form for taking admissions into Intermediate First Year in Government Junior Colleges in the State. This Online Self Enrolment Form is available in Board’s official website i.e., www.tsbie.cgg.gov.in.

TG Intermediate Online Application 2025 provides students with a convenient and streamlined approach to securing their intermediate education. The Telangana State Board of Intermediate Education registration details are as follows.

Registration on the Official Website: To initiate the application process, students must register on the official website of the Telangana State Board of Intermediate Education. They must provide their details and create a unique login ID and password.

Filling out the Application Form: Students can log in to their accounts and fill out the online application form after successful registration.

The form will require personal information, educational qualifications, and preferred course options.

Uploading Necessary Documents: Students will be required to upload scanned copies of necessary documents, including their photograph, signature, and relevant certificates, along with the application form. It is important to ensure that the documents are clear and meet the specified requirements.

The Board has informed the students and parents not to go to the college physically/ personally for admission to Government Junior Colleges; instead, they can utilize the Self Enrolment Online Option Form to get admission to Government Junior Colleges in the State.

Therefore, all students and parents are requested to fill out an online admission form without physically going to the Colleges. The Stepwise Procedure for Online enrolment is as follows.

SSC-passed candidates who are interested in joining intermediate courses in Telangana junior colleges can visit the official website, https://tsbie.cgg.gov.in/.

Once you reach the official website, Click the Junior Colleges Online Admission link. It will be redirected to an admission portal will be appeared.

On the Junior College admission portal, enter your SSC hall ticker in the required fields and click on “get details.” Your details will appear on your device.

Select the District and Mandal (or) District in which the student desires to enroll from the drop-down list. The list of Government colleges should appear on the web page.

The student selects colleges and courses from the displayed list. The student is allowed to enroll in a maximum of 3 colleges only. Students can enroll by entering qualifying exam hall tickets, like SSC Hall tickets.

A time password (OTP) will be sent to the student’s and parent’s mobile number to confirm registration. The mobile number should not be repeated for more than two student registrations. IMPORTANT: Once registered in a Government Junior College, you will not be allowed to take admission in another college. After OTP is correctly entered in the enrolment form, the student’s enrolment will be saved.

After enrolment is saved, an SMS will go to the student with details of the college for which the students are enrolled, group, medium, etc., requesting the student to report to the principal with the original certificates within three days.

The college login will reflect details of the students’ enrollments received through online enrollment from www.cie.telangana.gov.in. After counseling the students, the principal will be given provision to modify the group medium, etc., of the students enrolled online. The principal will allot the seat once he examines all original certificates.

TSBIE Online Admission Selection Procedure

The selection of candidates for TSBIE Online Admission for Inter 1st year admission is based on a merit-based process.

The board will evaluate the applications and prepare a merit list considering factors such as academic performance and reservation criteria for different categories. Students who meet the required criteria and secure a place in the merit list will be eligible for admission.

Admission in Government Junior Colleges:

There is no fee, and Books are free in government junior Colleges. A large number of students enroll in these colleges before the colleges open.

The Telangana government has waived fees in colleges in response to the financial situation of poor and marginalized students.

From the 2015-16 academic year, admissions to government colleges are free of charge. The provision of facilities such as buildings, laboratories, etc., has also significantly increased admissions.

In addition, the government controls private and corporate colleges. With the appearance of government colleges online and the lack of private colleges, students are also inclined to join government colleges.

The Telangana government is taking the initiative towards government colleges. Cancellation of admission and library fees for science and arts students who cannot pay the fees. Only exam fees are charged to students.

Certain Instructions have been issued regarding this. The District Intermediate Education Officers/Principals of Government Junior Colleges/ Government Vocational Junior Colleges in the state are requested to follow the instructions for admission into Telangana Government Junior Colleges/ Government Vocational Junior Colleges for this academic year and bring awareness to the students in addition to the existing admission procedure.

• In addition to the normal admission procedure into TS G.J.Cs/G.V.J.cs, the Student can enroll his name with full details online in the prescribed format provided on the Commissioner of Intermediate Education website, www.cie.telangana.gov.in ( the same is enclosed herewith for ready reference ).
• For enrolling online, the student must select the District where he desires to take admission.
• Based on the District / Mandal selected by the student list of Government Junior Colleges /Government Vocational Junior Colleges available in that District will be displayed to the student online.
• Students can enroll a Maximum of 3 Colleges in which he desires to take admission.
• The student has to enter his mobile number to complete his enrollment form by entering the OTP received into his mobile number.
• Once registration is completed, an SMS will be sent to the student with details of the Colleges he opted for. The original certificates must be carried to the College within three days.
• In the principal login, the details of the online enrolled student will be made available.
• Permission will be given to the Principal to change the Group/Medium/Second Language.
• Once a student is present with the Original Certificate along with T.C., the Principal will allot the student a seat in the admission module.
• All the Principals of G.J.Cs/G.V.J.Cs in the state are instructed to allow admission for student enrolments received Online in addition to the existing admissions process. Receipt of these proceedings should be acknowledged.
