TS LAWCET PGLAWCET Web Counselling, TS LAWCET/TS PGLCET 2021  Web Counselling Schedule released for Certificate Verification, Web Options Entry and Seat Allotment Results for Law Courses Admissions, TS LAWCET 2020 Web Counselling Schedule, Certificate Verification Dates, Web Options Entry dates and seat allotment results dates are provided here. 

Registration-cum-online Certificate Verification: The TS LAWCET Convener has informed to all the qualified candidates of TS LAWCET & PGLCET 2021 are hereby informed that, the certificate verification for exercising web options for admission into 3 years and 5 years law courses i.e. LL.B. through TS LawCET will commence from 14-12-2020.

An announcement has been made for First phase counseling for Lawcet admissions. Web Options must be registered on December 26th and 27th. To attend this counseling, you must register online from December 14 to 29 and upload your credentials. Modifications to web options are possible until 5pm on the 28th.

The preliminary list of candidates selected for early admissions will be released on 05-01-2021. Candidates should report to the concerned colleges by the 08-01-2021. Law degree and PG classes will start from 08-01-2021.

LAWCET Web Counseling is scheduled to start on 14-12-2020. The process of certificates Verification and web options will be held until deadline. There are 554 seats (15 colleges) in LLM, 3,165 seats (21 colleges) in the LLB 3-year course and 1,064 seats (13 colleges) in the five-year course, 4 centers have been set up for verification of certificates and full details can be found on the website.

LAWCET 2021 Counselling News: LAWCET 2021 Counselling would start from 14-12-2020: Telangana State Law Common Entrance Test, TS LAWCET will start the Web Counselling of Law students who had applied for LLM and regular courses in Telangana Law Colleges, 2020 2021 from 14-12-2020.

The date has been released now. The academic year for TS LAWCET 2020 2020 was supposed to begin in December, 2020. Candidates may check the official website for further updates on lawcet.tsche.ac.in.

So, the qualified and eligible candidates of TS LAWCET/TS PGLCET 2020 Examinations are informed to attend certificate verification for Web counseling for admission into LL.B (3-year course) and B.A.,LL.B (5-year integrated course) & LL.M courses for the academic year 2020 2020 as per the schedule given below at any one of the following Help Line centers.

12. Income Certificate (obtained on or after 01.04.2020 for Scholarships)

Eligibility For TS LawCET / TS PgLCET Admissions 2021: (A) 3 – year LL.B : Candidates should have passed any Graduation (10+2+3 pattern) of a recognized University with 45% of aggregate marks or any other examination recognized as equivalent by the Universities concerned. 44.5% or more shall be rounded off and treated as 45%.

The candidates who have less than the prescribed percentage but have secured the same percentage or more on the aggregate in any PG Degree (Masters Degree) or B.Ed. are eligible.

The candidates who have passed Degree examination by single sitting without undergoing three years course either through regular or private or correspondence and those who obtained the degree through open University directly without having any basic qualification are not eligible.

(B) 5 year LL.B: Candidates should have passed 2 – year Intermediate Examination (10+2 pattern) with 45% of aggregate marks or any other examination recognized as equivalent by the University concerned or the Board of Intermediate Education, T.S./A.P. 44.5% or more shall be rounded off and treated as 45%.

Processing Fee: Candidates have to pay a non-refundable processing fee of Rs.800/- (and Rs.500/- in case of SC/ST) at the time of certificate verification. The fee has to be paid at the counseling centre.

Instructions for TS LAWCET PGLAWCET Web Counselling: A. Instructions
i. There is a relaxation of 5% of marks in the above qualifying examinations for 3 years / 5 year Law course in favor of the Candidates belonging to SC / ST.
ii. The applicants who have obtained 10 + 2 or Graduation / Post-graduation through open Universities without having any basic qualification are not eligible for admission into LL.B Courses.
LL.M: Candidates should have passed LL.B/BL from a recognized University.

B. Instructions: a. Special category candidates can exercise options along with General Candidates. b. Special category candidates’ educational certificates will also be verified simultaneously at the Centre.

1. This notification itself is a call for counseling. No separate call letters shall be sent to the individual candidates.
2. Mere attendance at the counseling center does not guarantee a seat.
3. The students belonging to SC/ST/BC/EBC/Disabled/Minority categories will be considered for Reimbursement of Tuition Fee. However, it is subject to verification and eligibility criteria prescribed by the State Governments of Telangana. Tentative fee payable now is subject to fulfillment of eligibility criteria; in case found not eligible the candidate shall pay the difference of fee.
4. Special category candidates (NCC / CAP / Physically Handicapped) for all courses LL.B 3years, LL.B 5years, and LL.M are directed to attend Certificate Verification only at AV College of Arts, Science& Commerce, Gagan Mahal, Hyd at 9:00 AM.

CAP – The children of Armed Forces, e., Ex. Servicemen, Defence Personnel including the Children of Border Security Force and Central Reserve Police Force who are domiciled in Telangana based on the Permanent Address/Home Town declared by them while joining the service and as recorded in their Service Register are alone eligible to be considered under “CAP” Category. Certificate issued by Zilla Sainik Welfare Officer, Identity Card and Discharge Book in case of Ex-service Men and Service Certificate in case of Servicemen issued by the Competent Authority shall be produced at the time of Certificate verification.

NCC & Sports – To produce Original Certificates issued by competent authorities.
Minorities: Copy of SSC TC containing Minority Status or Certificate from the Head Master or competent authorities.
Anglo-Indian: A certificate issued by the competent authority of their place of Residence.

Important Instructions to Candidates on TS LAWCET PGLAWCET Web Counselling: 1. Candidates are required to be present on the notified date and time at the helpline center as per the schedule given with all the relevant certificates and fees.

2. Candidates are called for registration rank-wise. The candidates are required to sign in the register and pay the processing fee and proceed for verification of certificates. Candidates belonging to SC / ST category have to pay Rs.500/- and all others have to pay Rs.800/- towards processing fee which is non-refundable.

3. The candidates belonging to BC/SC/ST Categories are required to submit an Integrated Community Certificate duly signed by Mandal Revenue Officer [MRO].

4. Tuition fee reimbursement will be as per the rules of the Telangana State government. Income certificate issued by MRO after 01-01-2020 will only be considered.

5. The candidates shall produce Original certificates as notified at the time of certificate verification and bring Photocopies of certificates for submission.

6. The verification officer will verify the genuinity of the certificates produced and collect the Photocopies of certificates.
7. After verification, the candidate shall collect the Receipt of Certificates from the counter.

8. Candidates need to verify the mobile number, caste category, local area, gender, minority, parental income, special category, date of birth, eligible degree, specialization and details of other printed on receipt of certificates. Any discrepancy should be brought to the notice of the Camp Officer / Coordinator immediately for corrections. The seat allotment process depends on the accuracy of the above data. You are also jointly responsible for ensuring the correctness of the data.

9. Candidate can give options on the web either from helpline center/home / any other place having an internet facility. To exercise web-options candidates have to login with Hall-ticket number and Rank. A five-digit PIN will be sent to the registered mobile number. Don’t share the PIN with others.

10. The detailed instructions for entering options on the web are available at http://lawcetadm.tsche.ac.in/

11. On the notified date, the web options are processed and allotment is communicated to the candidate through SMS.

12. Candidate has to download the provisional allotment order, and report at the concerned college. The candidate has to submit their original certificates in the college allotted.

13. While exercising options all the eligible colleges and courses are displayed for selection based on the qualifying degree.

14. Candidates are instructed to be careful while exercising options on the web and take the print out of the saved options.

17. Candidates are informed to check their final allotment, take a printout of allotment letter from the web, and report to the respective colleges on or before the date furnished on the allotment letter, failing which the candidate will lose the seat and his / her admission stands canceled.

18. Next round of counseling for leftover seats in Phase-I and not reported cases and new seats sanctioned, if any, will be conducted. A separate notification will be issued for the left-over seats and new seats, if any, sanctioned.

19. Who should participate in Phase-II?
a. Who secure a seat in the earlier phase of web-based counseling and wish to move to some other college.
b. Candidates who participated in the earlier phase of web-based counseling and could not secure a seat.
c. Candidates who did not participate in earlier phase even though he/she has been called for counseling.
d. Candidates who were allotted a seat but didn’t report.
e. A candidate allotted a seat in the earlier phase but canceled his / her admission.

20. The candidates may note that
a. Options Exercised for one phase will not be considered for other phases of counseling.
b. Candidates have to exercise options afresh for each phase of web-based counseling.
c. In case if they are satisfied with the previous allotment, options need not be exercised again.
d. Options may be exercised for those colleges even if the vacancies are not available, as vacancies may arise due to sliding, cancellation, and conversions.

21. If the candidate secures a seat in Phase-II, he/she will lose the claim on the earlier allotted college and has to report to the new college by downloading the allotment letter on or before the date furnished in the allotment letter. Failing to report within the date furnished in the allotted college, the candidate will forfeit the claim on the new college as well as on the old college.

22. After the Second Phase of admission, in case the candidates wish to cancel their admission, they are required to approach the principal of the college concerned only.
