Telangana State Minorities Study Circle & Career Counselling Center (TSMSC & CCC) invites online applications from eligible students for free Coaching on UPSC CSAT 2025 (Civil Services).

TG Minority Study Circle

The TG Minority Study Circle is a government initiative by the Telangana State Minorities Welfare Department. It aims to provide comprehensive coaching and guidance to students belonging to minority communities who aspire to join the prestigious civil services.

TSMSC

The program is designed to bridge the gap and provide equal opportunities for students from all backgrounds. The TSMSC organizes free coaching for UPSC CSAT 2025 during the Academic Year 2025-24 for Minorities Students.

The rule of reservation is 33.33% of seats to women candidates and 5% to physically challenged students.

Online applications are invited on the website www.tmreis.telangana.gov.in from any General / Professional Degree candidates of the Minorities Community belonging to all the districts of Telangana for admission into the Civil Services Aptitude Test of UPSC (CSAT-2025).

All the candidates who are willing to be admitted for the first time in Telangana State Minorities Study Circle, Hyderabad, have to appear for the entrance test, and the admission is based on merit.

TG Minority UPSC Free Coaching 2025

The Telangana State Minorities Study Circle & Career Counselling Centre offers free coaching for UPSC CSAT 2025 to Minority Students. The coaching will be conducted in Telangana Minority Study Circles, located in all districts’ headquarters.

The coaching will be imparted by qualified faculty. Free study material will be provided to the students. Weekly and monthly tests will be conducted to evaluate the students’ performance.

Free IAS Coaching in Hyderabad for minorities

The TSMSC and CCS offer free coaching for UPSC CSAT to minority students whose annual income of the parents/guardian does not exceed Rs. 2 lakhs per annum.

The coaching will be conducted in Telangana Minorities Residential Schools, located in all districts’ headquarters. The coaching will cover the syllabus of UPSC CSAT-2025 and will be imparted by qualified faculty.

Free study material will be provided to the students. Weekly and monthly tests will be conducted to evaluate the students’ performance.

Free Coaching for Competitive Exams

The Government provides free Coaching through the Minority Study Circle & Centre for Educational Development of Minorities through coaching fees, study material, and employment information to eligible candidates.

The courses for which the coaching is provided are:

• Civil Services Examination – Prelims and Mains
• TSPSC Group I, II, IV Examinations
• Banks,  Insurance  Companies, Staff Selection Commission, recruitments.
• Any other competitive examination as per need and the request of the candidates

The Telangana state Minorities Study Circle Hyderabad, which is working under the control of the Minorities Welfare Department, is organizing free coaching for UPSC CSAT 2025 during the academic year 2025-2025 for (100) candidates of Minority communities.

Reservation

The rule of reservation followed is 33.33% of seats to women candidates and 5% physically challenged persons within all reserved categories.

All the fresh candidates to be admitted for the first time in TSMSC & CCC, Hyderabad, have to appear for the entrance test, and the admission is purely based on merit.

Online applications are invited from any General / Professional Degree candidates of the Minorities category belonging to all the Districts of Telangana State for admission into the Civil Services Aptitude Test of UPSC (CSAT)

Eligibility for TG Minority Study Circle Civils Free Coaching

• Should be a Minority
• Any Graduation of a minimum three-year course like B.A. / B.Com. / B.Sc. and four years course like B.Tech., B.Pharm, B.Sc.(Ag.) etc.
• The annual income of the parent/guardian/family should not be more than Rs.2.00 lakhs per annum.
• Aspirants should not be employed or pursuing other courses in any educational institution.
• Aspirants should not have availed themselves of any similar civil service coaching sponsored by the government elsewhere.
• Aspirants should also be eligible as per the norms prescribed by the UPSC for appearing in the CSAT 2025 Exam.

Selection Process

The selection process of candidates is based on merit through the screening test conducted by the Telangana State Minorities Study Circle, Hyderabad. Candidates will be selected on a merit basis.

TSMSC Exam Pattern

The written exam consists of Paper I (objective type) & paper II (descriptive). The paper-II will be evaluated in the ratio of 1:3 from the merit list of the qualified candidates in the paper-l. The detailed notification will be uploaded to the website.

The pattern of the question paper is objective type with (70) Questions with (01) marks each and (02) questions descriptive type (15) marks each with a negative marking in objective type questions 1/3 from each wrong answer; thus, the total for (100) marks with Two-hour duration.

Syllabus

The Examination syllabus consists of Current events of National and International importance, the History of India and the Indian National Movement, Indian and World Geography, Indian Polity and Governance, Economic and Social Development, General issues on Environmental Ecology, Bio-diversity and Climate Change, General Science, English, Quantitative Aptitude and Logical reasoning.

Free coaching-seeking Candidates must belong to the state of Telangana only. The candidates shall upload/or submit scanned certificates, i.e.,

How to Apply:

The Government of Telangana, under the Minorities Welfare Department, has decided to impart Free Coaching for Civil Services Examination to be conducted by UPSC for Prelims-cum-Mains to Minority Students.

To avail of this free coaching, interested minority students can apply online and choose the nearest coaching center. Well-qualified faculty will be selected to provide coaching to the candidates.

Free study material will be provided to the students during the coaching program. Weekly, Monthly tests will be conducted to evaluate the performance of the students during coaching programme. Classes will commence in November.

The UPSC Prelims consists of two papers. One is General Studies and the other is CSAT. However, only the General Studies paper of the candidates who have obtained the ‘CSAT Specified Marks’ will be evaluated and admitted to the Main Exam based on merit.
