TS ST Study Circle SSC Exams Free Coaching Admission 2023 notification released on its official web portal. Government of Telangana, State Tribal Welfare Department, TS STs Study Circle has given a notification for Free Coaching Program admissions 2023 for SSC Staff Selection Commission Exams 2023.
Telangana Study Circle for STs-PETC Hyderabad has given the Free Online Coaching for SSC CGL & CHSL 2023 notification for admission into the Online Coaching Program for SSC (CGL & CHSL) Exams which includes free coaching.
Applications are invited through online mode at twsis.cgg.gov.in from the interested and eligible ST, SC and BC candidates for admission into the Free Coaching Program for SSC Recruitment Exams (SSC Job recruitment) which includes free coaching, Note books, with payment of accommodation & boarding charges and other benefits.

The Telangana state tribal welfare department said that SC, ST and BC students will be given free Coaching for Staff Selection Commission examinations. There are 100 seats in total for Free Coaching Admissions for 2023. Eligible candidates should apply at studycircle.cgg.gov.in from January 5 to 20. Tribal Welfare Commissioner said that, eligible students may avail this opportunity.
Eligibility Criteria
Eligibility Criteria for TS Study Circle SSC Exams Free Coaching Admission 2023 as follows:
a. Students: Only candidates belong to ST, SC and BC can apply for this SSC Exams coaching program.
b. Educational qualification: The candidate must have Degree from any recognized University.
c. Age Limit – Candidates age limit should have above 18 as per SSC Notification.
d. Income Limit: The candidate’s and his/her parents combined annual income should not exceed Rs.2.00 Lakhs for STs/SCs and Rs.1.00 Lakh for BCs
Other Important Eligibility Conditions:
- Candidates who are employed or undergoing regular/ correspondence courses of education are not eligible.
- Candidates, who have already availed coaching facility from any GOVT study circle anywhere in Telangana or India, are not eligible for present coaching programme.
- Only Telangana State candidates are eligible to apply for TS ST Study Circle SSC Exams Free Coaching Admissions 2023
- Aspirants should also be eligible as per the norms prescribed by the SSC for taking the coaching.
- Candidates already availed coaching in any PETC of the state are not eligible to apply.

a. Candidates Selection is based on MERIT basis of marks obtained in SSC + Inter + Degree.
b. The selection is based on Grand Percentage by keeping District Quota on merit for STs and Zonal Quota on merit for SCs and BCs.
How to Apply:
Eligible and interested candidates may apply through online mode only at TS ST Study Circle Official web portal. The Online application Form is available only on INTERNET at the website – twsis.cgg.gov.in ( http://studycircle.cgg.gov.in/tstw/Index.do). Application form duly filled in with a passport size photo. Incomplete applications and applications without scanned enclosures or applicant’s Photo will be summarily rejected.

Certificates to be enclosed to the application. The applications will be rejected if any of the following certificates are not enclosed.

Guidelines for Selection

Candidates using fake certificates or Marks Memos will be blacklisted for the present admission and all future admissions, and also legal action will be taken against the candidate.
Candidates are not allowed to prepare for any other competitive exams except Staff Selection Commission SSC Exams. If anyone violates this rule, the entire expenditure on him/her will be recovered.
The coaching will be given for SSC Recruitment Exams only.
The payment of Accommodation & Boarding charges will be paid to the candidates on the basis of bio-metric attendance. The minimum attendance of 75 % is compulsory for availing benefits.
Every candidate shall hand over his/her original certificates including T.C. along with an affidavit stating that he or she will put up regular biometric attendance to the classes and tests and will abide by all the rules and conditions of the study circle. The original certificates will not be given back for any purpose before completion of coaching camp.
