TS TET Result 2023 or Telangana TET Result 2023 will be released by the Telangana School Education Department after completion of evaluation process of Telangana State Teacher Eligibility Test on its official website, tstet.cgg.gov.in. Candidates who have appeared the Teacher Eligibility Test (TET) can check details and download the TSTET Result from the result web portal.
The Telangana government has conducted the TSTET on June 12 in all district head quarters across the state. The results of the Telangana State Teacher Eligibility Test (TS TET) 2023. Out of 3,51,468 registered candidates, 3,18,506 appeared for paper-I of the test which was conducted from 9.30 am to 12 noon in 1,480 centres. Similarly, 2,77,900 candidates registered out of whom 2,51,070 (90.35 per cent) appeared for the paper-II held in 1,203 centres from 2.30 pm to 5 pm.
The paper-I is for candidates who intend to be a teacher for Classes I to V, whereas paper-II is for a person who intends to be a teacher for Classes VI to VIII. Candidates intending to be a teacher either for Classes I to V or Classes VI to VIII have to appear for both paper-I and II. The validity period of TET qualifying certificates for appointment, unless otherwise notified by the State government, would remain valid for life.

TS TET 2023 was conducted on June 12 in two phases. The first paper was held from 9.30 am to 12 pm and the second paper was conducted from 2.30 pm to 5 pm. Paper 1 was for candidates aspiring to teach students from classes 1 to 5, paper 2 was for candidates who wish to teach students from classes 6 to 8. As per a notification, 20 per cent weightage will be given to TS-TET scores and 80 per cent weightage for written test in Teacher Recruitment Test (TRT).
Candidates can check their Telangana TET result after officials are declared on the official website tstet.cgg.gov.in. Candidates can check the TSTET result by logging in using their hall ticket number and date of birth on the official site. The TET qualifying certificates for appointment, unless otherwise notified by the State govt, will remain valid for life.
- The candidates who intended to be teachers for classes I to V appeared for Paper-I and

The Telangana State Teacher Eligibility Test (TS TET) results will be declared on 01-07-2023 at 11.30 am. Candidates who appeared for the test can download their result from the website https://tstet.cgg.gov.in. The TET was conducted on June 12. Qualifying Percentage
- The percentage of qualifying marks for General category is 60% and above,
- for Backward classes its 50% and above and
- for SC/ST/Differently abled qualifying percentage is 40% and above.
- With regard to Hearing Impaired candidates, a minimum of 75% disability shall be considered under PH category.

Candidates need to visit the official website of Telangana State Teacher Eligibility Test, tstet.cgg.gov.in in your device browser.
- Click on the Result Link
Once you reach the official website, click on the Result link on the home page. Then a new web page will appear in your device.
- Enter login details
A new page will open where candidates will have to enter the hall ticket number and date of birth along with the mobile number and click on the login button.
- Download the Result
After clicking on that link, your result would be displayed on the screen. Check the result and download it.
- Print the Result
After checking all the details in Result PDF, download it and take a print for future reference.
Addressing a press conference at the secretariat, Deputy Chief Minister and Education Minister Kadiyam Srihari said all government institutions and staff would be utilized for conducting the exams. “A decision has been taken to conduct TSTET in June last week, which was postponed due to the non-cooperation of private institutions.” the minister said. Candidates will also be able to download their scorecards, once it is released, via the official portal, tstet.cgg.gov.in.
What is the marking scheme?
As per the marking scheme, for every correct answer, candidates will be awarded one mark. There is no negative marking for any wrong attempt. The papers consist of a total of 150 questions, each carrying one mark.
What is the passing marks?
To qualify the TS TET examination, candidates belonging to the general category needs to score 60 per cent and above marks. The ones who belong to backward classes need at least 50 per cent marks and the SC, ST and differently abled category candidates need at least 40 per cent marks to clear the examination.
