TSPSC OTR 2023 or TSPSC One Time Registration 2023 link has been activated by the Telangana Public Service Commission on its official website, tspsc.gov.in for New Registration.

TSPSC ID should be required to applying TSPSC Recruitment. When a notification releases the seekers face some confusion to know the eligibility, qualification, etc.

The Telangana State Public Service Commission announced the introduction of One-Time Registration (TSPS OTR). This new system is aimed at streamlining the recruitment process for various government jobs in Telangana.

What is TSPSC One Time Registration 2023?

TSPSC One Time Registration 2023 is a new system introduced by the Telangana State Public Service Commission for the One-Time Registration of candidates who are interested in applying for government jobs in Telangana.

OTR is a candidate new registration and this system is aimed at reducing the time and effort required for the registration process for different recruitment exams conducted by TSPSC.

Once a candidate completes the TSPSC OTR 2023 process, they will be given a unique ID that can be used for future applications. This means that candidates do not have to register every time they want to apply for a government job in Telangana.

Details to be furnished by candidates

Candidates should first log into the website www.tspsc.gov.in and enter the following details, candidates name, parents name, date of birth, village, Mandal, District, Caste, religion, mother tongue, if handicapped that details, if employee furnishes that details, present address, permanent address.

Candidates intending to apply for various posts notified by the TSPSC should mandatorily register themselves with the TSPSC One Time Registration (OTR) on Commission’s website, www.tspsc.gov.in. Those who have already registered should update their details as per new Presidential Order 2018.

The Commission has introduced a new OTR in view of the new Presidential Order 2018. As per the order, earlier, 10 districts, two zones and one multi-zone were re-designated as 33 districts, seven zones and two multi-zones.

Local candidature would also be decided as per the new Presidential Order 2018, said a press release. The Commission advised candidates to avoid last minute rush and register or update their details immediately.

It was noticed earlier that at the last minute, due to a large number of candidates applying for different posts at the same time, server errors were encountered due to heavy internet traffic and several candidates could not apply in time.

Hence, candidates should now visit the Commission’s website and update their details of their basic educational study i.e., Class I to VII as per existing 33 districts and any other columns of the OTR, if any.

Steps to complete TSPSC OTR 2023?

Candidates who are interested in registering for TSPSC OTR 2023 will need to upload the following documents during the registration process:

• Passport-sized photograph
• Signature
• Educational qualification certificates
• Date of birth certificate
• Aadhaar card (optional)

It is important to note that all documents should be in the prescribed format and size as per the instructions provided by TSPSC.

Educational qualifications

Degree/diploma, P.G or M.Phil, Ph.D. details with date & year of passing, H.T.NO. If any additional qualifications for any specials jobs furnish those details. Furnish details like marks with % or Grade. Mention moles as in X certificate. Give details of Aadhar number in OTR.

After that upload your 3.5  4.5 sizes Colour /Black & white photo, and write your name and uploaded date with your full signature in JPEG format 30KB volume. Check twice your details once you confirm details then take hard copy print. Then press the button ‘send’. By this, the process will be completed. Keep hard copy along with your certificates.

After verification TSPSC will give a 10 digit Password. By this candidates can avail of information on all notifications that you want by selecting any job. If you are careless while furnishing, you may lose good chances and the most valuable period in your life. So, be careful while giving details.

Edit TSPSC OTR

As per the New Presidential Order 2018 (G.O.Ms. No.124, dtd:30/08/2018 and G.O.Ms.No.128, dtd:30/06/2023) earlier 10 districts, two zones and one Multizone were re-organized into 33 (New) Districts, Seven (7) Zones and Two (2) Multi-Zones.

Local candidature of the candidates will also be decided as per the New Presidential Order 2018. Accordingly, certain modifications are carried out in the One Time Registration (OTR) form by Centre for Good Governance (CGG) and revised OTR form will be kept available from 2.00 PM on 28/03/2023 onwards on the Commission’s Website www.tspsc.gov.in.

Candidates are hereby informed by the TSPSC to visit the Commission’s Website www.tspsc.gov.in and those who already registered in OTR have to click on “Edit OTR (Candidate Login)” link and login with TSPSC_ID and Date of Birth.

They have to update their basic educational study (i.e., 1st Class to 7th class) details as per the existing 33 districts and also to update any other columns of the OTR including their latest qualifications, if any.

Candidates who have not yet enrolled in the One Time Registration (OTR) can visit the Commission’s Website www.tspsc.gov.in and click on “New Registration (OTR)” link and enter their Mobile Number and after login, they have to enter all the details as required in the OTR form.
