TTWREIS 6th/7th/8th/9th Classes Entrance Test 2020 notification released on its Gurukulam web portal. The Tribal Welfare Department invites the applications from the eligible students through Online mode for admission into 6th, 7th,8th,9th classes Entrance test 2020 (TTWRS CET).
Telangana State Tribal Welfare Residential Educational Institutions Society (TSTWREIS) has given the 6th to 9th classes Entrance Test 2020 Notification in May 2020. Girijana Gurululam TS TWREIS Entrance Test 2020 for admission into Classes VI to IX in Telangana TWR Schools for the Academic Year 2020-2021.
TTWREIS GURUKULAM Entrance Test 2020 (TTWRS CET): All the ST students (Boys and Girls) who were appeared for 5th, 6th, 7th and 8th Classes March 2020 exams in Telangana State Govt. Schools and other Govt. Recognized schools are eligible to write the TTWREIS 6th/7th/8th/9th Classes Entrance Test 2020 to admit in Telangana Girijana Gurukulams for 2020-2021.
The TSTWREIS is intended to conduct an Entrance Test 2020 for admission into Class VI to IX during the new academic year in all TSTWR Institutions across the state on 30-05-2020 between 10:30 AM to 12:30 PM

Ninety-two (92) Residential Schools and URJCs are functioning under the aegis of Telangana Tribal Welfare Residential Educational Institutions Society (TTWREIS, Hyderabad). It is decided to conduct entrance test in 92 Residential schools for filling up of back log vacancies with ST Students only for admission into VI to IX classes.
In this regard, the following notification is issued to take up the admission process into Telangana Tribal Welfare Residential Schools for the academic year 2020-21.
Applications are invited through online separately for filling up of backlog vacancies in Residential institutions of Gurukulam through the website http://www.tgtwgurukulam.telangana.gov.in and an amount of Rs.50/- will be collected from the candidate while applying for screening test; the candidate has to apply through online at the nearby TTWR School or any Mee Seva Centre.
A screening test will be conducted for admission into VI to IX backlog vacancies of Residential schools and allotment of seats will be done through online on merit basis only.
1) Age limit:
For 6th Class Admission: For 6th Class: SC / ST students should have born between 01.09.2006 to 31.08.2010 and (10 years to 14 years but not completed the 14 years) and OC / BC / SC-Converted Christians (BC-C) should have born between 01.09.2008 to 31.08.2010. (10 years to 12 years but not completed the 12 years) and
For 7th Class Admissions: SC / ST students should have born between 01.09.2005 to 31.08.2009 and (11 years to 15 years but not completed the 15 years) and OC / BC / SC-Converted Christians (BC-C) should have born between 01.09.2007 to 31.08.2009.(11 years to 13 years but not completed the 13 years) and
For 8th Class: SC / ST students should have born between 01.09.2004 to 31.08.2008 and (12 years to 16 years but not completed the 16years) and OC / BC / SC-Converted Christians (BC-C) should have born between 01.09.2006 to 31.08.2008.(12 years to 14 years but not completed the 14 years) and
For 9th Class: SC / ST students should have born between 01.09.2003 to 31.08.2007 and (13 years to 17 years but not completed the 17 years) and OC / BC / SC-Converted Christians (BC-C) should have born between 01.09.2005 to 31.08.2007.(13 years to 15 years but not completed the 15 years) and
General Guidelines for admissions:
TS Gurukulam has issued a notification regarding admissions into TTW Residential schools for 2020-21. All the ST (Boys & Girls) should belong to all 10 Districts of Telangana State should have studied continuously in the respective district for the two academic years in a TW Residential Schools, Ashram Schools, Govt. Schools and other Govt. Recognized schools. During the current year, candidates must be studying 5th/6th/7th/8th classes continuously in a Government school or in a recognized school
1. The medium of instruction English: Backlog vacancies (Only with ST Candidates) All backlog vacancies in the Classes 6th to 9th
2. Unit of admission: District is the Unit ( As per the reservation policy mentioned in the Annexure)
3. Annual Income of parent: The annual income of the parent shall not exceed Rs.1,50,000/-per annum in rural areas and Rs.2,00,000/- Per annum in Urban Areas for admission into any Residential Schools
4. Age Limit: See above
5. Eligibility: For admissions into 6th, 7th, 8th and 9th classes, All the ST students (Boys & Girls) should studying earlier class in English/Telugu Medium during the current year in TW Residential Schools, Ashram Schools, Govt. Schools and other Govt. Recognized schools of Telangana State.
List of Documents to be produced for verification:
Selected candidates have to produce necessary certificates like,
1. Caste Certificate,
2. Income Certificate,
3. Ration card SSID No,
4. the Aadhar card.
5. Study Certificate,
6. Transfer Certificate(T.C);
7. Physical fitness certificates,
8. 06 Passport size photos,etc., at the time of admission.
The application procedure is only through online and the applicant should visit the Gurukulam web site: www.tgtwgurukulam.telangana.gov.in. They have to apply for the admission into backlog vacancies of TTWR Schools with Rs.50/- for each application, which has to be paid through online only at tstwcet
How to Apply / Submission of Application Form:
All the eligible ST students only shall submit the online application form through online mode and Hall tickets will be generated after completion of the application process. Application Procedure :
Applications are invited through online separately for SOE & for filling up of backlog vacancies of other institutions of Gurukulam through the website http://www.tgtwgurukulam.telangana.gov.in an amount of Rs.50/- will be collected from each candidate while applying for a screening test, the candidate can apply through online at the nearby TTWR School or any Meeseva Centre.
A screening test will be conducted for admission into 8th class SOE, Khammam and backlog vacancies of other institutions separately and allotment of seats will be done through online on merit basis only.
Mode of Entrance Test/Screening Test Pattern:
The Entrance Test will be of objective type & multiple choice questions from Class 5th to 8th standard.
Allocation of marks:
~ English – 25 marks
~ Maths – 25,
~ Science-25 and
~ Social -25.
The total marks for the test are 100 and duration of 2.30 hours (i.e) from 10.30 AM to 1.00 PM
A screening test will be conducted for admissions into entry point 8th class and for backlog vacancies of 6th to 9th class in 86 TTW General Residential Schools. The pattern of the question paper is as follows. The test will be for 100 marks in objective type based on the previous year syllabus. The Weightage of marks for different subjects and form of questions is furnished hereunder.
