TGSWR Fine Arts School Exam Eligibility
a) Qualification: The students (Girls & Boys) who appeared/passed for class VII examination from any recognized school for the academic year 2019-20 are eligible to write the entrance test and appear for Film Technology’s skill test for admissions into class VIII.
b) Income Limit: The annual income of the parent shall not exceed Rs.2,00,000/- per annum (for Urban students) and Rs.1,50,000/- (for Rural students) as certified by the MRO. The students from Telugu / English media are eligible for this entrance test.
c) Age Limit: For admissions into class VIII, the age of the students of all communities (SC,SC – CC, ST, BC, Min, OC/EBC) shall not exceed 14 years as on 31.08.2021, i.e., they should be born between 01.09.2007 and 31.08.2009.

Selection Procedure for TGSWR Fine Arts School Admissions (Details Of Screening Tests & Its Parameters): Following two types of screening tests will be conducted for admissions into class VIII. The details of the tests are given below
Screening Test A: A Written entrance exam to be conducted on academic subjects of up to class-VII for class-VIII admissions.
Screening Test B: A basic skill test on Film Technologies will be conducted online.

TGSWR Fine Arts School Exam Pattern
Date of Entrance Exam & Session & Timings: Will be intimated in due course of time. (a) Written exam For class VIII admissions: A written exam will be conducted in following academic subjects for marks as stated below.

- The Questions for written examination will be of multiple choice type [MCQs].
- Each question carries ONE mark.
- The candidates should write correct answer of each question in the space provided just opposite to each question.
- Otherwise valuation cannot be done.
(b) Basic skill test: The basic skill test in Film Technology’s disciplines will be conducted on following parameters.

The above basic skill test in Film Technology disciplines will be conducted by the concerned Film Technology’s faculty under supervision of the SWAEROWOOD Film Technology Project’s Director & Consultant of TGSWR Fine Arts School, Malkajgiri.
The admission shall be provided based on the combined merit of both tests and community reservation. In case if two (or) more candidates get the same merit, marks secured in Fine Arts Skill test will be considered first, then their DOB will be considered later.
Regarding Film Technology Coaching: As per prescribed time-tables, students, selected for class-VIII, will attend their regular academic classes in morning session and attend Film Technology classes in afternoon session from 2:00 P.M to 5:00 P.M in the campus of TGSWR Fine Arts School, Malkajgiri, Medchal.
TGSWR Fine Arts School Entrance Test Exam Schedule, Results, Marks, Revaluation: The marks secured by the candidate in any of the screening test shall not be displayed (or) revealed to the candidates / parents / others.
There is no provision for revaluation of the answer scripts of the written screening test as this result is processed through verification and sufficient care is taken to ensure accuracy.
There shall be no revaluation for Film Technology’s skill tests also. In case of any dispute, the decision of the Secretary, TGSWREIS shall be final and binding on the candidates.
The provisional selection of the merit candidate shall not vest any right with the candidate to secure admission.
The admission shall be confirmed only on submission of the required documents as stated in the online application and in accordance to prospectus (failing which admission may be cancelled).
The Secretary, TGSWREIS reserves right to postpone / modify / change admission test schedule. Any information regarding this entrance test shall be sent to the registered Mobile Number of the candidate through SMS. Hence, the candidates are directed not to change the Mobile Number.

Candidates, applying for admissions into Class VIII, have to pay registration fee of Rs.100/- for submission of application through ONLINE from any Internet centre through NET banking / Credit Card / Debit Card.
Before filling the application through online, the candidate has to read the information / prospectus already uploaded in the website www.tswreis.in. You can prepare a hard copy first and then fill online to avoid mistakes.
Candidates should upload their passport photo and signature in *.jpg or *.jpeg formats within size of 100 kb.
The candidates must opt one Film Technology’s discipline of their choice while applying on-line. The candidates shall be considered for admission into Class VIII according to their option of Film Technology disciplines, based on the availability of seats in those disciplines and based on their merit in the caste concerned.
