TGTWR Sports School Admission 2025 notification

TGTWR Sports School Admission 2025 notification would be released by the Telangana Gurukul Tribal Welfare Vidyalaya Society on its web portal http://tgtwgurukulam.telangana.gov.in.

TGTWREIS Sports School Entrance Test 2025 would be conducted every year for Cricket Academies, Sports Academies & Sports Schools Admission and detailed notification with prospectus would be available on the web portal.

Eligible and interested candidates can apply through online mode at TS Gurukulam web portal for admission into TGTWREIS Sports Academies, Sports Schools and Cricket academies for the academic year 2025 under the control of TS Gurukulam Society. TGTWREIS Sports School Entrance Test 2025

Telangana Tribal Welfare Gurukul Vidyalaya has released TGTWREIS Sports School 5th Class Admission 2025 notification on its official web portal. Those who are eligible are advised to apply. There are two sports schools under the auspices of this organization.

A total of 80 seats are available in boys and girls schools combined. Selected candidates will be provided free education along with PET dress, Track suit, Kit bag etc. There is a boys gurukul school in Eturu Nagaram and a girls gurukul school in Chegunta. There are 40 seats available in each school.

Eligibility for TGTWREIS Sports School 5th Class Admission

All the students (Girls & Boys) of Telangana state who are interested in various sports events can apply in the below mentioned 02-Sports Schools.

The students who have studied in TGTWREIS Institutions, Model Schools, Ashram Schools, Govt. Schools, Zilla Parishad Schools, Aided Schools and other Govt. recognized schools are eligible for getting admission into the sports schools.

For all the selected students, free boarding, lodging, two pairs of PT Dress, one Track suit, Kit Bag, Water bottle, towel etc. shall be provided by the TGTWREIS.

• For admission into 02 Sports Schools entry point is 5th Class only.
• The Student should be Physically Fit and Sound.
• Selection criteria would be communicated shortly along with Schedule

Selected candidates have to produce necessary certificates like, Caste, Income, Aadhar Card., Marks Memo, Study Certificate, T.C., Medical Fitness Certificate (from not less than an Assistant Civil Surgeon), (06) Passport size photos at the time of admission.

Parental Income for the year 2025-21 financial year should not exceed Rupees Two Lakh per annum for urban and 1.5 lakh for rural or as per The Government guidelines at the time of admissions.

TGTWREIS Sports School Online Application

Submission of Application Form through ONLINE only. The applicant has to submit his/her application through ONLINE by visiting website www.tgtwgurukulam.telangana.gov.in. Registration fee for submission of application through ONLINE is Rs.50/- (Rupees Fifty only).

Before filling the application through online, the candidates is advised To read the information already uploaded in the website. www.tgtwgurukulam.telangana.gov.in. The 100 kb pass port size photo and 50 kb signature of the student has to be uploaded.

TGTWR Sports School 5th Class Admission

The students suffering with Chronic Diseases and not possessing the Physical Fitness as mentioned below should not apply for the admissions into the sports schools as having sound physical fitness is the basic criteria for getting admissions into sports schools:

• A candidate should have no past history of mental breakdown or fits.
• The hearing should be normal.
• A candidate should be able to hear a forced whisper with each ear at a distance of 610 cms. in a quiet room.
• There should beno evidence of present or past disease of the ear, nose and throat. Audiometric test will be done for AF.
• Audiometric hearing loss should not be greater than 20db in frequencies between 250 and 8000 Hz.
• There should be no impediment of speech.
• There should be no signs of functional or organic diseases of the heart and blood vessels. Blood pressure should be normal.
• There should be no enlargement of liver or spleen. Any evidence of disease of internal organs of the abdomen will be a cause for rejection.
• Un-operated hernias will make a candidate unfit. In case of Hernia which has been operated, a minimum of one year must have passed prior to final medical examination before commencement of the course.
• There should be no hydrocele, varicocele or piles.
• Urine examination will be done and any abnormality if detected, will be a cause for rejection of admission.
• Any disease of skin which is likely to cause disability or disfigurement will also be a cause for rejection of admission.

Distance Vision (Corrected): Better Eye 6/6; Worse Eye 6/9. Myopia should not be more than -2.5D including astigmatism and manifest hypermetropia not more than +3.5D including Astigmatism. Internal examination of the eye will be done by means of ophthalmoscope to rule out any disease of the eye. A candidate must have good binocular vision.

The Colour vision standard will be CP-III (Defective Safe). Candidates should be able to recognize white, signal red and signal green colours correctly as shown by Martin’s Lantern at a distance of 1.5meter or read the requisite plate of Ishihara Book / Tokyo Medical College Book.

Candidates who have undergone or have evidence for having undergone Radial Keratotomy, to improve the visual acuity will be permanently rejected for all the services.

Candidates who have undergone Laser Surgery for correction of refractive error are also not acceptable to defense services.

NOTE: Permanent body tattoos are only permitted on inner face of forearm i.e. from inside of elbow to the wrist and on the reverse side of palm/ back (dorsal) side of hand/ Permanent body tattoos on any other part of the body are not acceptable and candidates will be barred from further selection. Tribes with tattoo marks on the face or body as per their existing customs and traditions will be permitted on a case to case basis.

Schools, Zilla Parishad Schools, Aided Schools and other Govt. Recognized schools are eligible for admission.

TS Sports Academies, TS Sports Schools and TS Cricket academies Entrance Test For admission into

• a) Mini Sports Academy admissions would be provided in 5th Class, 6th Class, 7th Class and 8th class and
• b) for admission into 02 Sports Schools admissions would be provided only in 5th Class
• c) Admission into Cricket academies
• Telangana State Sports School Admissions

Eligibility: Eligibility for TGTWREIS Sports Academies, Sports Schools Entrance Test: The Student should be Physically Fit and Sound. Selection criteria would be communicated shortly along with Schedule.

Qualification: The students who has studied 4th Class, 5th Class, 6th Class and 7th Class are eligible to apply for ‘TGTWREIS Sports Academies, Sports Schools and Cricket academies Entrance Test’ for 5th Class, 6th Class, 7th Class and 8th class admission in Mini Sports Academies and  5th Class admission only in 02 Sports Schools

Income Limit: Parental Income for the year financial year should not exceed Rupees Two Lakh per annum for urban and 1.5 lakh for rural or as per the Government guidelines at the time of admissions. Physically Challenged Students are not eligible to participate in the Fitness Tests.

Selection Procedure: The Physical fitness Test may be in Practical type (Physical Fitness Test). Only the meritorious students from the Physical fitness Test may be permitted to attend Physical Screening Test, the selected students will get admission into Cricket Academies, Sports academies & Sports Schools along with all benefits which are extended by TS Gurukulam.

a. 5th Class, 6th Class, 7th Class and 8th class Admissions in Sports Academies: Sports Academy admissions would be provided in 5th Class, 6th Class, 7th Class and 8th class.
b. 5th Class Admissions in Sports Schools: Sports Schools admissions would be provided in only 5th Class.
c. The Student should Physically Fit and Sound.
