The Union Public Service Commission has declared the final results of Combined Defence Services 2023 or UPSC CDSE Result 2023. The results are made available on upsc.gov.in. Candidates who appeared for the Combined Defence Services Exam can visit the official website to check the results.
According to the officials, a total of 147 candidates have been qualified after the CDS exam I 2023 and the interview that was conducted by the Services Selection Board of the Minister of Defence in Chennai. Students must know that marks of candidates will be available within 15 days from the date of declaration of final results.
The Union Public Service Commission has also released the list of candidates in order of merit. Candidates must know that the results of the medical examination of candidates has not been taken into account in preparing the UPSC CDS 2023 merit list.
The nature of all the candidates is provisional verification of date of birth and education qualification of these candidates will be done by the Army Headquarter for the selection process. Earlier, UPSC postpones its civil services preliminary examination which is now scheduled to be conducted in October due to second wave of covid-19.

Union Public Service Commission, UPSC has released the written result for the Combined Defence Services Examinations or UPSC CDS II 2023 . The examination was conducted on November 8. As many as 6727 candidates have qualified and the list of which is now available on the official website upsc.gov.in.
Candidates who have qualified the examination are required to submit the original certificates (date of birth, educational qualifications, etc.) as per the official notification by July 1 for IMA/ NA and May 13 for AFA. Deadline for submitting documents for SSC course is October 1 .
Also, those who have opted for Army are required to register themselves at joinindianarmy.nic.in to be called for the SSB Interview. Shortlisted candidates would be interviewed by the Service Selection Board of the Ministry of Defence, for admission to
- (i) Indian Military Academy, Dehradun 151th (DE) Course commencing in July
- (ii) Indian Naval Academy, Ezhimala, Kerala, Course commencing in July
- (iii) Air Force Academy, Hyderabad (Pre-Flying) Training Course (210 F(P)) commencing in July
- (iv) Officers Training Academy, Chennai 114th SSC (Men) (NT) (UPSC) Course commencing in October and
- (v) Officers Training Academy, Chennai, 28th SSC Women (Non-Technical) (UPSC) Course commencing in October .
Marks of all the candidates who have appeared for the written examination would be released after the final results are declared, including that of the SSB interview. The marks would be published 30 days after the final results are declared on upsc.gov.in. UPSC CDS II 2020 RESULT
UPSC CDSE Final Result 2020 – Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) declared the final results of combined defence services Examination (CDSE) II, 2023 on its official website at upsc.gov.in on Sep 01. Candidates who have appeared for the exams can check their results online.
A total of 196 candidates have qualified the Combined Defence Services Examination (II), 2023 that was conducted in September, and SSB interviews that were held by the Services Selection Board of the Ministry of Defence.
UPSC CDS II was conducted for admission to the 149th (DE) Course of Indian Military Academy, Dehradun; Indian Naval Academy, Ezhimala, Kerala and Air Force Academy, Hyderabad (Pre-Flying) Training Course i.e. No. 208F(P) Course.
However, marks of the candidates will be available on the website after declaration of final result of Officers’ Training Academy (OTA) for Combined Defence Services Examination (II) .
“The number of vacancies, as intimated by the Government is 100 for Indian Military Academy [including 13 vacancies reserved for NCC ‘C’ certificates (Army Wing) holders], 45 for Indian Naval Academy, Ezhimala, Kerala Executive (General Service)/Hydro [including 06 vacancies reserved for NCC ‘C’ Certificate holders (Naval Wing)] and 32 for Air Force Academy, Hyderabad [03 vacancies are reserved for NCC ’C’ Certificate (Air Wing) holders through NCC Spl. Entry],” the official notice reads.
The Commission had recommended 2699, 1592 and 0611 as qualified in the written test for admission to the Indian Military Academy, Indian Naval Academy and Air Force Academy, respectively.
