UPSC Civil Services Mains Result 2020 released. The Union Public Service Commission of India (UPSC) has announced the UPSC Civil Services Mains 2019 Written Examination Result on its official website on January 14, 2020. The candidates who qualified the UPSC Prelims 2019 and appeared for the UPSC 2019 Mains written examination visit the official website of the Commission – upsc.nic.in – to check and download their results online.
UPSC Civil Services Main Examination 2019 was conducted between September 20, 2019, to September 29, 2019. Candidates can check the UPSC Mains 2019 results to find their name and details in the list of candidates who have qualified the UPSC CSE Mains 2019.
Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) released the results of IFS, Indian Forest Services (Main) examination on its official website.
The candidates who have appeared for the UPSC IFS main examination can visit the official website of UPSC – upsc.gov.in & to check and download the results. The candidates who have qualified in IFS main examination need to appear for the Personality Test. UPSC conducted the Indian Forest Services main examination from December 1 to 8, 2019.

The candidates who have qualified UPSC Civil Services Mains Written Examination to need to to fill up and submit ( Detailed Application Form) DAF-II online only, which will be available on the website of the Union Public Service Commission (upsconline.nic.in) during the period from 17th January 2020 to 27th January 2020 till 6:00 P.M.
How to check UPSC Mains Result 2020? The candidates can follow the steps provided below to check and download the UPSC Mains Result 2019:
- Open the official website of the UPSC – upsc.gov.in
- Click on the UPSC CSE 2019 Result notification available on the homepage of the website
- It will redirect to the results PDF Page
- The candidates can find their roll number, name and other details on the PDF list
The marks sheets of candidates who have not qualified will be put on the Commission’s Website within 15 days from the date of publication of the final result (after conducting Personality Test) and will remain available on the Website for a period of 30 days.
UPSC Civil Services Interview 2019: The candidates who have qualified the UPSC Mains examination 2019 will now have to appear for the interview round. Personality Tests (Interviews) of these candidates are likely to commence in the month of February 2020, which will be held in the Office of the Union Public Service Commission at Dholpur House, Shahjahan Road, New Delhi-110069. The e-Summon Letters of Personality Tests (Interviews) of the candidates will be made available from 27th January 2020, which may be downloaded from the Commission’s Website upsc.gov.in & upsconline.in
Candidates who will qualify the examination will be called for personality test for selection to the Indian Administrative Service(IAS), Indian Foreign Service (IFS), Indian Police Service (IPS) and other central services (Group A and Group B). No request for a change in the date and time of the Personality Test intimated to the candidates will ordinarily be entertained.
All the candidates, who qualified for Personality Test/Interview are required to opt-in/opt-out for publically making available their scores under the Public Disclosure Scheme. Candidates should note that only after submitting their option for opt-in/opt-out, they will be able to download their e-Summon letter.
All the candidates, who qualify for Personality Test /Interview on the basis of Result of Civil Services (Main) Examination, will be required to submit their Order of Preferences for Zone(s)/State(s) Cadre (for IAS/IPS0) and Order of Preferences for Participating Services through an Addendum to the DAF.
