UPSC Civil Services Interview 2019 e-summon letter released on its official web portal: upsconline.nic.in. The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) Civil Services Exam (CSE) 2019 interview/personality test e-summon letter has been released on the official website. The UPSC Civil Services Personality Test 2019 will be held from February 17 to April 3 at various test centres across the nation.
All the candidates can check the UPSC Civil Services Interview Schedule 2020 from the web page of UPSC CSE 2020. All the candidates, who will not able to download their UPSC Civil Services Interview 2019 e-summon letters, should immediately contact the office of the Commission through a letter or on Phone Nos or by email on (firstname.lastname@example.org).
Further, no paper summon letters will be issued for the UPSC Civil Services personality tests (interviews) by the commission. Also, no request for change in the date and time of the UPSC personality test (interview) intimated to the candidates will ordinarily be entertained.

- Click on the ‘Download’ link
- Enter the roll number, date of birth and captcha to log-in
- UPSC Civil Services Interview 2019 e-summon letter will appear on the screen
- Download and print out for future reference.
The UPSC Civil Services (Main) Exam, 2019 was held from September 20 to September 29. In total, 11,845 candidates were shortlisted to appear for the UPSC Civil Services (Main) 2019 examination.
Selection procedure: The competitive examination comprises two successive stages:
- Civil Services (Preliminary) Examination (Objective Type) for the selection of candidates for Main Examination; and
- Civil Services (Main) Examination
As per the UPSC CSE Web Note: “Candidates who obtain such minimum qualifying marks in the written part of the main examination as may be fixed by the Commission at their discretion, shall be summoned by them for an interview for a Personality Test, vide sub-section ‘C’ of Section II. The number of candidates to be summoned for interview will be about twice the number of vacancies to be filled. The interview will carry 275 marks”.
“Marks thus obtained by the candidates in the Main Examination (written part as well as interview) would determine their final ranking. Candidates will be allotted to the various services keeping in view their rank in the examination and the preferences expressed by them for the various services and posts.”
