Representations of the Teachers Associations (PRTU TS, STU TS, APUTA TS, TS PTA, SUTA. In partial modification, of the orders issued in reference I read above, all the District Educational Officers and Regional Joint Director of School Education in the Telangana state are informed that in the reference read above, certain Teachers Associations have requested to change the school hours to the Urdu parallel / exclusive medium. schools and Urdu Medium DIETs in the State from 08.00 AM to 1.30 PM from 13-06-2016 to 06-07-2016 during the RAMZAN period.
They are informed that as the school Management Committees may slightly modify the school timings and intimate the same to the filed functionaries. The timings should not be less than 5 hours for Urdu exclusive and parallel Primary Schools and 5 1/2 hours for Urdu exclusive and parallel Upper Primary and High Schools & Urdu. Medium DlETs. Hence, all the District Educational Officers and Regional Joint Directors of School Education in the State are requested to issue necessary instructions to the Urdu Medium Primary, Upper Primary and High Schools and the DIETs under their jurisdiction to maintain the school hours from 08.00 AM to 01.30 PM during the RAMZAN period. from 13.06,2016 to 06.07.2016. They are informed that, the back log of syllabus ma y be covered due to modification of timings as indicated above should be covered before Formative Assessment – I by all the Teachers ) promptly.
