Govt. Officials not to proceed CL, not avail public holidays in Telanganaku Haritha Haram Programme

Govt. Officials not to proceed CL: Haritha Haram- All Govt. Officials instructed not to proceed CL or other leave and also not avail public holidays: All the District Officers/ Revenue Divisional Officers / Tahsildars/ Manda! Parishad Dev. Officers/ Mandal Agrl. Officers & Mandal Educational Officers in Warangal District are hereby informed that the Government of Telangana State introduced the prestigious program of Telanganaku Haritha Haram Programme which was launched on the 8th of this month and it will be run up to 23rd of this month.

The Government has issued specific instructions for the involvement of all the Government Officers& employees, Associations, Organisations with a true spirit for plantation in all the institutions, vacant lands, baron lands beside the roads wherever the suitable land is available there should be plantation taken up.

Such a prestigious scheme is going on in Warangal District it has came to notice that some of the Officers are not involving with true spirit and some of the Officers are applying C.L.s and availing Holidays which is quite against the spirit of “Telanganaku Haritha Haram Programme”.

Hence all the District Officers/ Divisional Officers/ Manda! Level Officers and their staff should involve in “TelanganakuHaritha Haram Programme”and they should not proceed either C.L. or other leave and also not avail the public holidays till the 23-07-2016.

And if any Officer intend to apply C.L. in an exigency they should obtain prior permission of the District Collector, Warangal. In deviation of the above instructions stringent action will be taken against the erred Officer. O/o DC, Warangal.
