AP D.Ed 1st year Exam Fee Due Dates 2021 for AP D.El.Ed Course Batch Students

AP D.Ed 1st year Exam Fee Due Dates 2021 notification or AP D.El.Ed 1st year exam fee dates 2021 notification has been released by Board of Secondary Education on its website for AP D.El.Ed Course 2019-21 Batch Students for conduct of annual examination. Candidates who will be appearing the exams can check details and pay exam fee before the deadline.

The Director of Government of Examinations, Andhra Pradesh has given the D.Ed 1st Year 2019-2021 Batch Examination Fee Notification and DGE, AP has informed that the D.Ed 1st-year Examinations of 2019-2021 batch will be conducted in the month of May. AP D.Ed First Year 2019-2021 Exams Time Table to be announced after completion of fee payment process.

The failed candidates with regard to Theory/ Internal/ Practicals/ Records in earlier batches are also eligible to appear for these Examinations as private candidates. It is notified that the remittance of Examination fee for D.EI.Ed., 1st year Examinations for 2019-2021 batch who were admitted in Spot admissions under convener Quota left over seats and Management Quota left over seats approved candidates only.

The failed candidates of earlier batches are also eligible to appear the Examinations as Private candidates. The following are the due dates for remittance of Examination Fee and submission of nominal rolls. The Weblink to upload applications online will be available on BSE AP web portal. The Examination fee is Rs.150/-for candidate.

The fee has to be remitted through consolidated challan in the Government Treasury through AP CFMS to the following Head of Account. The D.El.Ed 1st-year Examinations for 2019-2021 batch who were admitted in convener quota and approved candidates under management quota will be conducted in the month of May 2021.

The failed candidates of earlier batches (New Syllabus) are also eligible to appear the examinations as Private candidates. The following are the revised due dates for remittance of Examination Fee and submission of nominal rolls.

The Examination fee is Rs.150/-for regular candidates. The fee has to be remitted separately for regular & once failed candidates through separate consolidated challans in the Government Treasury through AP CFMS.

AP D.Ed 1st year exams fee dates:

It is notified that the D.El.Ed., 1st-year Examinations for 2019-2021 batch will be conducted in the month of May 2020 (maybe). The failed candidates of D.El.Ed and D.Ed (old syllabus) earlier batches are also eligible to appear for the examinations as private candidates.

No further examination will be conducted for D.Ed.(old syllabus) candidates. The following are the due dates for remittance of Examination Fee and submission of nominal rolls along with the list of candidates approved by RJDSE, Kakinada & Convener DEECET 2021 in respect of spot admissions made by certain private D.Ed. colleges for 2019-2021 batch.

The due dates for remittance of Exam fee are as follows:

Without late fee for exam fee payment

  • Last date for remittance of exam fee by the candidates to the Principals concerned: 01-04-2021
  • Last date for remittance of exam fee by the Principals: 03-04-2021.
  • The date for submission of NRs in the O/o the DEO Concerned: 12-04-2021.
  • The date for submission of NRs by the DEO in the O/o the DGE: 15-04-2021.

Without a late fee of 50/-

  • Last date for remittance of exam fee by the candidates to the Principals concerned: 08-04-2021
  • Last date for remittance of exam fee by the Principals: 09-04-2021.
  • The date for submission of NRs in the O/o the DEO Concerned: 12-04-2021.
  • The date for submission of NRs by the DEO in the O/o the DGE: 15-04-2021.

The Web link to upload applications online will be informed in due course. The Examination fee is Rs.250/-for regular candidates. The fee has to be remitted separately for regular & once failed candidates through separate consolidated challans in the Government Treasury to the following Head of Account.

Step 7: Manual payment/ e- payment (Manual payment at any SBI branch)

DGE AP has given proceedings on Rc.No.19, Date: 17-03-2021 for the conduct of D.EI.Ed., 1st-year Examinations for 2019-21 batch and failed candidates of earlier batches of D.EI.Ed- Payment of Examination Fee and Submission of Nominal Rolls. Detailed instructions have been issued in this Regarding. Proceedings details as follows as it is.

With reference to the subject cited, all the Principals of Government DIETs and Private D.Ed., Colleges in the State are requested to follow the instructions given below for payment of Examination fee and submission of Nominal Rolls along with online uploading applications and Practical Marks.

Dates given in the Press Note for remittance of Examination Fee and submission of Nominal Rolls shall be strictly followed. The fee shall be paid and furnish the applications and MNRs in respect of the candidates who were admitted in Convener quota and approved candidates under Management quota only.

Separate challans shall be remitted for D.EI.Ed (regular) and D.EI.Ed (private) candidates. All the names of candidates for whom the consolidated challan taken has to be written on the back side of the Challan. Separate lists not accepted.

The Examination will be conducted for regular and once failed candidates of D.EI.Ed., as per the revised syllabus. Principals are requested to prepare manuscript Nominal Rolls for the Regular in respect of the candidates who were admitted in Convener quota and approved candidates under Management quota and once failed candidates of D.EI.Ed separately as per the format annexure-I enclosed.

Nominal Rolls (Manuscript), Original Challans of both Examination Fee i.e., without late fee, with late fee, Copy of web applications are to be submitted along with copies of Affiliation issued by the Commissioner of School Education A.P. and copies of Recognition issued by NCTE.

Particulars of present batch i.e., 2019-21 candidates and failed candidates of May-2018 can be uploaded in the online format. However, in respect of candidates of D.EI.Ed old batches Manuscript Nominal rolls are to be submitted along with their manual applications and Marks Memos. The batch and Previous roll Numbers of these candidates shall be mentioned clearly. Applications without marks memos will summarily be rejected.

Web link on the website “www.bseap.org” will be opened to receive the applications of the candidates along with Internal Marks, Value added Marks, Teaching practice Marks and Records marks. Separate instructions will be given for submission of final lesson marks after completion of final lesson practicals. The web link to upload applications online will be available from 29-05-2020 onwards.

The Principals have to submit the Nominal Rolls in the O/o District Educational Officer concerned within the schedule date as given in the notification. Care shall be taken while uploading the Practicum and Internal Marks. Marks once uploaded will not be changed under any circumstances. The Principals will be held responsible for any mistakes in the marks during uploading.

Principals shall furnish the Seniority wise/Subject wise faculty list who are dealing with D.EI.Ed., 1st year in the proforma in Annexure-II enclosed to the District Educational Officer concerned along with MNRs without fail. Otherwise the MNRs shall not be accepted.
