Steps to download AP EAPCET BiPC Stream Seat Allotment Order

The Andhra Pradesh Engineering Agriculture Medical Common Entrance Test, AP EAPCET BiPC counselling is being conducted by the exam conducting body APSCHE.

As per the official notification, the round 1 seat allotment result will be out today on the official website, i.e., eapcet.sche.aptonline.in. Candidates are advised to keep a check on the official website for more updates and information related to exams and counselling.

• First visit the Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education website, https://sche.ap.gov.in/.
• Once you reach the APSCHE website, candidates must click on the official website of Andhra Pradesh Engineering Agriculture Medical Common Entrance Test, eapcet.sche.aptonline on the home page.
• Click on the link that reads, ‘Download Allotment letter and Self’ available on the homepage. Then allotment order downloading web page will be appeared in your device.
• Enter AP EAPCET Hall Ticket number and Date Of Birth in the required fields on the allotment order web page and click on the submit button.
• After clicking on the submit button, your allotment order will be downloaded in your device. Take a print the allotment result for future reference.

Candidates must ensure to take a print out of the seat allotment order as it would be required while reporting. This is to be noted that the candidature over the allotted seat would only be confirmed after a successful reporting and document verification process.

Seat Allotment Highlights

• Candidates who will be allotted seats in the round 1 allotment will have to self-report online at the official website as well as the respective colleges by the deadline.

Instructions to Candidates:

• If the candidate does not pay the prescribed Tuition Fee within the schedule mentioned, the provisional allotted seat automatically stands cancelled and he/she shall not have any claim on the provisionally allotted seat.
• Follow the further instructions printed on the provisional allotment order.
• The candidate at the time of self-reporting shall give an undertaking through online that he/she will relinquish the admission through Degree Online Services Telangana (DOST), if any.
• After the first phase, if the candidate cancels admission through Online after payment of Tuition Fee and exercise options in subsequent phases if any, Tuition Fee paid earlier shall be considered for subsequent allotment of seat and forfeiture of amount will be applicable as mentioned below.
• If the candidate cancels his / her admission will forfeit the Tuition Fee paid as mentioned below.
• After the first phase, after payment of Tuition Fee, if the candidate cancels the provisionally allotted seat through online on or before the cutoff date notified for cancellation in the first phase as mentioned in allotment order, full Tuition Fee paid will be refunded. 100% after final phase in respect of University colleges.
• 50% after final phase and before cut off date notified for cancellation as mentioned in allotment order and 100% thereafter in respect of Private Unaided colleges. There will be two phases of counselling.
