The Government of Andhra Pradesh, AP State Council of Higher Education, Commissioner of Collegiate Education has taken a decision together to conduct AP Online Degree Admissions through “Online Admissions Module from Degree Colleges portal” from the Academic year 2020-21.
AP Degree Spot Admission 2021 from March 3: The process of spot admissions in degree colleges in the state will start from March 3. The chairman of the academy issued a statement to this effect. It is suggested that the respective degree colleges upload the details of the candidates who have secured seats in the ‘Online Admission Module for Degree Colleges (OAMDC)’ portal from March 3 to 10.
Students who have already been allotted seats in the online admissions counseling conducted in two tranches, if they want to cancel their allotment, they have to upload that information in the OAMDC portal by the 27th of this month through the login ID of the colleges including the request letter.
Do these colleges continue courses with less than 20 per cent seat replacement? Disabling? Those items should also be mentioned by the 27th of this month. The respective colleges can register for the web options from 28th of this month to 1st of March with the permission of the students.
AP Online Degree Admission 2021 notification has been released on its web portal. Online applications are invited for admission into Non-professional UG programmes. Eligible candidates can apply by logging on to https://oamdc.ap.gov.in from 06.01.2021.
The Board of Higher Education has released a notification for AP Degree online admissions 2021. It has given opportunity for online registration, Web option entry for selection of courses and colleges for admissions in BA, BCom, BSc courses as per the time schedule. Students can apply through the website https://oamdc.ap.gov.in
Students who have studied Inter in AP need only enter the hall ticket number and submit the details of the parents. Those who have passed through other boards will have to go to the help centers for certificate verification. 54 help desks have been set up across the state. The counseling will be conducted for the filling up of 4,92,820 seats in 152 government, 120 aided, 1,062 private and 2 university colleges.

Students who want to join the Government Degree Colleges do not have to apply in general way. Online applications to be submitted through online mode. Students who want to study for the Degree first year for 2020-21, they should apply through new method.
Students who want to admit into the Government Degree and Aided Colleges have to apply in your Mee Seva service centers. The government has created an OAMDC Online Admission Module for Degree Colleges web portal. Students based on this portal will apply at https://oamdc.ap.gov.in/.
In this application, the students will submit their details, what college they are joining, and what category is included in the comprehensive information. Students should provide comprehensive information in online mode. Applicants must submit the online applications as part of digital process.
AP State Government has introduced OAMDC 2021 or AP Online Degree Admission 2021 that means Online Admission Process for admission into Under Graduate Programmes offered by the Degree Colleges in the state. OAMDC launched to promote merit, achieve excellence, curb malpractices, implement reservations, conduct fair, non-discriminatory and merit based admissions in a transparent basis in the larger interest and welfare of the student community.
As per AP Govt Order, non professional Degree Programmes shall be 4-year Honours Programme from the academic year 2020-21. There will be an exit option after 3 years with Degree
Intermediate passed candidates in AP or other Boards are eligible to participate in web counseling for the seats available in UG Programmes in Arts, Science, Social Sciences, Commerce, Management, Computer applications and Social Work, etc., leading to the award of B.A., B.Sc., B.Com., BBA., B.Voc, etc, in all type of AP Degree Colleges for the academic year 2020-21.
Candidates should note that the online admission process comprising of registration, payment of processing fee and pending certificate verification will be conducted from 06.01.2021 to 12.01.2021
Selection Process: The AOAMDC software shall process all applications and finalize the 1st selection list for each of the colleges as per the merit and choice of the applicants. The selection list shall be published on the predetermined date
Call Letter: The intimation letters for selected applicants will be sent to their mail id’s (if provided in the CAF) and take the admission at the particular college on the data mentioned there in. Intimation will be sent to the selected applicants in different modes i.e., SMS and e-mail etc.,

- Pre-Registration and Application Fee payment.
- Submission of Application by duly filling all the details that are necessary as per the process and guidelines.
- Verification of the Application at Help Line Centres in the Cases when system directs the Candidate to visit the nearest HLC.
- Exercising the Web Options and thereby completing the Submission of final Web options Allotment of Seat and generation of allotment order
Application Fee: The applicant will pay Rs.200/- (for OC/BC) and Rs. 100/- (for SC/ST) per application through online by credit card/ debit card/ (or) net banking through the “Pay Processing Fee” link in the web site https://oamdc.ap.gov.in.
All the eligible and desirous candidates can pay the processing fee from 06.01.2021 onwards using URL https://oamdc.ap.gov.in. Processing fee can be paid through online using credit card or debit card or through internet banking. Enter URL https://oamdc.ap.gov.in and after filling in the required details of the Pre Registration Page, click on “Proceed to Payment“. The candidate will be directed to payment gateway. Select any one mode of payment i.e., credit card or debit card or net banking and enter credentials.

Instructions to Candidates:
Candidates can apply to any of the Government and Aided Degree Colleges of the State in one form. An applicant has to fill it up ONLINE by logging on to the website of Higher Education Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh https://oamdc.ap.gov.in/.
An applicant can exercise up to five choices of college & stream in order of preferences where one would like to study. Applicants being passed qualifying examination from any Board, have to fill in all necessary fields of their own.
Candidates will have to apply ONLINE for a maximum of FIVE options through https://oamdc.ap.gov.in/ by filling up required personal and academic details, choices of different colleges and streams in order of preference.
After submitting the Common Application Form, the applicant should take printouts of the computer generated application form and attach the supporting documents as per the check list and be ready to submit while he/she got selected in a college.
Pay application fee through Online fee payment process. While admission, College can accept/reject applicant’s CAF Common Application Form after scrutiny. If the college accepts the CAF of a student, he/she should pay the fee and get the admission. If college rejects any student for any valid reason, he/she is not eligible to join in that college.
All the applicants have to fill the Online CAF Common Application Form with all the relevant information. And this is not sufficient for e-Admission, besides he/she has to take print outs of “Application Copy” of the filled in CAF Common Application Form, get signature with his/her parents or guardian at the appropriate places of the college copy. Then applicant should get the admission into the college along with all the necessary documents

AP Degree Admission Web Counselling 2021 Process
After On successful payment of processing fee, Application Number and Password will be provided through SMS to the Mobile number furnished at the time of filing the Pre Registration Page. By clicking the “Click here for Submitting the Application Details” the Online Application shall be filled. Photograph and signature of the candidate need to be uploaded.
Candidates whose certificate data is already verified through web services can proceed for exercising web-options. For candidates whose certificate data is incomplete, an SMS will be sent to attend for verification of certificates at HLC.
By entering the Application Number, date of birth and password the candidate can exercise the options from Internet facility available at Home/Internet Café/Helpline Center. In respect of candidates whose data is not verified, the Message “Your application is pending, visit the nearest helpline centre for verification” will be sent to the registered Mobile Number.

Unless the candidate fills in the application details online and exercises web options, he will not be considered for allotment of a seat. Candidates are informed that there are at least 4 Helpline Centers in each district.
All the candidates need not go to help line centers for verification of certificates. In case of candidates whose data is verified, displayed and agreed, they can directly proceed for option entry as per the schedule.
For such of the candidates whose data is incomplete, their data will not be displayed. Such Candidates alone have to report to Help Line Centre and get the data verified and proceed for option entry.
For any Help such as change of Mobile number, Non Receipt of Login Id, Registration Number or any other corrections, candidates are requested to approach nearest Help Line centers with valid proof.
