Urdu Medium School Timings in AP, Commissioner of School Education, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad has issued Proceedings Rc.No.01 on 24th June, 2014. In this regarding Andhra Pradesh Urdu Medium School Timings has been changed from 29-06-2014 to 28-07-2104 i.e 30 days during the RAMZAN period.
In this connection maintain the Urdu medium school hours from 8.00 AM to 1.30 PM and certain instructions has been issued to all the Regional Joint Directors and District Educational Officers. Andhra Pradesh Urdu medium schools will run from 29th June to 28th July 2014 by 8 AM to 1.30 PM.
Proc.Rc.No.01/U.C/2014, Dated: 24-6-2014; Subject: All the District Educational Officers and Regional Joint Director of School Education in the AP State are informed that, certain teachers Unions have to requested to changed the school hours of Urdu medium schools and in the State from 8.00 AM to 01:30 PM from 29-06-2014 to 28-07-2011 (30) days during the RAMZAN period
It is informed that as per the school academic calendar the year 2014-15 the school Management Committees may slightly modify the school timings and intimate the same to the field functionaries.

Therefore, the Regional Joint Directors /District Educational Officers are instructed to issue necessary instructions to the Urdu Medium Primary and Upper Primary and high Schools under their control to maintain the School Hours from 8.00AM to 01.30 PM during RAMZAN period from 29-06-2014 to 28-07-2014.
These instructions are applicable to the Urdu medium Primary and Upper Primary and high Schools, For Urdu Medium parallel sections and Urdu medium DIETS in the State, they may slightly alter the timings strictly following 5 ½ hours of instruction based on local needs.
