AP SLAS Test, Department of the school education portal www.cse.ap.gov.in was developed to bring all information related to education on a single platform. It was desired to monitor all data to make education an ennobling experience. Various measures are being taken to enhance the performance of the students. One such measure is the Continuous Comprehensive Evaluation.
Hence it is desired and developed an application to capture the performance of the students in four formative tests and three summative exams for classes 6 to 10 and in 3Rs for classes 2 to 5 and SLAS for classes 4&5. To capture student attendance who are writing 3Rs and SLAS exam. This attendance is captured by MEO from their Login. The scope of this document is to explain the process flow logging and updating the attendance count.

Please read the above references regarding the 3Rs assessment survey test administration and post-test measures guidelines issued. In this context, all the District Educational Officers are requested to communicate the following guidelines to the Mandal Educational Officers and ensure the completion of activities within the timeline mentioned.
AP SLAS Test:
1. The entry of SLAS and 3Rs tests attendance in the AP online at MRCs:
a. MIS Coordinators at MRCs should log in to AP Online site as they do normally for regular services and find the 3Rs attendance link provided. (Please follow the guidelines given in the user manual attached)
b. Make entries of students’ attendance of date 16.12.2016 for class 4 and 5 students and of date 17.12.2016 for 2 and 3 students. Don’t enter the attendance of date 17.12.2016 for classes 4 and 5 in order to prevent double attendance entry for a single student.
c. However, make sure that the number of answer scripts of class 4 and S students (SLAS and 3Rs) handed over to the AP online should be tallied with the no. of students attended on both days of assessment tests.
2. Monitoring of Data en, of 3Rs and SLAS by MEOs:
a. MEOs should ensure the handing over of SLAS and 3Rs answer scripts to AP Online agents with acknowledgment if still, any Mandal has not done so.
b. MEOs should monitor the data entry occurring at their respective AP Online centers and ensure the completion of data entry within week/10 days from the date of submission of papers to theirs.
c. MEOs should ensure the data entry of sample schools be completed before 03.01.2017 in order to use the data for analysis which is essential for a remediation programme to be followed soon.
d. MEOs should coordinate with the AP Online Mandal/District/State representatives to solve any data entry level problems at the earlier to avoid further delay thereof.
3. Sending of class 4 SLAS answer scripts of sample schools to SCERT by DCEBs:
a. DCEB Secretaries should send answer scripts of SLAS test of class 4 students of sample schools to SCERT through parcel service to the address: Director, SCERT, II floor, B Block, Anjaneya Towers, Ibrahim Patnam, Vijayawada(la. (Ignore If You have sent already)
b. Mail the final list of sample schools in which you have conducted SIAS and 3Rs tests, to apscertPyahoo.com on or before 31.12.2016 along with the details in the prescribed template (School Master template) mailed earlier. A copy of the template is once again attached herewith.
