APPSC DL Eligibility
a) Educational Qualification:
A candidate should possess the academic qualifications and experience including practical experience prescribed, if any, for the post on the date of the notification for direct recruitment issued by the concerned recruiting agency.
Must possess a Degree of Bachelor of Science in Agriculture of a recognized University in the State or any other University Accredited by Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR).
b) Age limit:
Candidates’ age limit should have between 18 to 42 years. No person shall be eligible for direct recruitment if he/she is less than 18 years of age and if he/she is more than 42 years of age as on 01/07/2023 as per G.O.Ms.No.132, GA (Service -A) Dept., dated:15.10.2018. Candidates should not be born earlier than 2nd July 1976 and not later than 1st July 2000. Age Relaxation is applicable to the categories as per the govt norms.
APPSC DL Application Fee
The applicant must pay Rs. 250/- (Rupees two hundred and fifty only) towards application processing fee and Rs 80/- (Rupees eighty only) towards examination fee. However, the reservation categories of candidates are exempted from payment of examination fee Rs.80/- only.
APPSC DL Selection Process
The selection process for the APPSC Degree Lecturer Recruitment 2024 consists of multiple stages to ensure that the most qualified candidates are chosen. Here are the key stages:
- Preliminary Examination: Candidates must first appear for a preliminary examination that tests their knowledge in the relevant subject.
- Main Examination: Those who qualify in the preliminary examination will proceed to the main examination, which is more comprehensive and in-depth.
- Interview: Shortlisted candidates from the main examination will be called for a personal interview, where their teaching skills, subject knowledge, and communication abilities will be assessed.
- Document Verification: After successfully clearing the interview, candidates will undergo document verification to confirm their eligibility.
The main examination in online mode for candidates selected in the screening test will be held through a computer-based test. There would be objective type questions that are to be answered on the computer system.
Instructions regarding computer based recruitment test are attached as Annexure – III. In case any paper of the Examination is held in different languages, the candidate has to choose the medium in which he/she wants to write the examination and the paper will be valued with reference to that medium only.
APPSC DL Online Apply
The proforma Application will be available on the Commission’s Website (https://psc.ap.gov.in). Before applying for the post, an applicant shall register his/ her bio-data particulars through One Time Profile Registration (OTPR) on the Commission’s Website viz., https://psc.ap.gov.in.
Once an applicant registers his/her particulars, a user ID is generated and sent to his/her registered mobile number and email ID.
Applicants need to apply for the post using the OTPR user ID through the Commission’s website. The applicant is required to visit the Commission’s website regularly to keep herself updated until completion of the recruitment process.
