Changes in Two Year D.Ed Course as per NCTE New Norms: Every prepares for exams but only few members gets ranks, some members secures good marks, some secures less marks of then failures. This marks, ranks depends on the presentation of answers at that particular time of exam. Less scores never meant that they were poor students.

In the same way a teacher is a such responsible person who inspires students and make a mark on them. Which reflects lifelong on them. No other person stamps such good impression as teacher does. Such teacher should entertain their class meaningful, should show some impact on them. Giving knowledge itself is not enough, presenting and giving information making class very attractive, interesting by their speech/lesson/teaching is very important. But some teachers are still lacking in such skills. According to NCTE norms state education dept is going to bring various changes in D.Ed (Diploma in elementary education).

As a part of these changes, from this year in first year of D.Ed course school internship, teaching practice, Readiness for teaching learning process and records system is going to introduced.
In first & second year of D.Ed for above said will be of 800 marks. Where teaching practice alone carries 550 marks. From July this system will come in to existence. But still govt should approve this.
