Govt of Andhra Pradesh issued instructions on AP Flag Day Fund Deduction. Check the Flag Day Fund Contribution amount details. Every year Flag day fund contribution should be deducted in the month December month salary of Andhra Pradesh Employees. ORDER: In the circumstances reported by the Director, Sainik Welfare, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad vide reference 3rd read above, wherein the Director, Sainik Welfare, Hyderabad has informed that the Joint Action Committee of Employees, Teachers, Workers and Pensioners, Andhra Pradesh and A.P Secretariat Association have agreed for enhancement of contribution from Rs.20/- to Rs.50/- per head from the salaries of NGOs’ and from 50/- to Rs.100/- per head from the salaries of Gazetted Officers may be deducted from the salary of each employee for the month of December every year payable on 1st January of succeeding year be recovered as their contribution towards Flag Day Fund to be utilized on Welfare Schemes of Ex-Servicemen.
2. In the circumstances reported by the Director, Sainik Welfare, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad in the reference 3rd read above, Government hereby instruct to deduct Rs.50/- and Rs.100/- from the salaries of the Non-Gazetted Officers and Gazetted Officer’s respectively every year from their salary of December payable in January of succeeding year effective from December, 2015.
3. All the Heads of Departments and all Heads of Offices, Drawing Officers shall recover the above said amounts and remit the same to the account of the Director, Sainik Welfare, A.P., Hyderabad only through online payment.

ORDER: In the G.O. 1st read above, Government have issued orders to deduct an amount of 5/- and 10/- from the salaries of Non-Gazetted and Gazetted officers respectively every year from their salary of December payable in January as their contribution towards Flag Day Fund.
2. In the G.O. 3rd read above, Government have issued orders duly enhancing the amounts and to deduct 50/- and 100/- from the salaries of Non-Gazetted and Gazetted officers respectively every year from their salary of December payable in January of succeeding year effective from December, 2015 towards their contribution to Flag Day Fund.
3. In the reference 4th read above, the Director (AC), Sainik Welfare has stated that the Directorate of Sainik Welfare was shifted from Hyderabad to Vijayawada w.e.f. 27-06-2016 and also has transferred the Flag Day Fund Account from State Bank of India, Yellareddyguda Branch, Hyderabad to
State Bank of requested the India, M.G. Road Branch, Vijayawada. He has therefore Government to issue necessary orders for remitting the employees’ contribution to the Flag Day Fund Account in State Bank of India, M.G. Road Branch, Vijayawada.
4. In the circumstances reported by the Director (AC), Sainik Welfare, Andhra Pradesh, Vijayawada in the reference 4th read above, and on consideration, Government hereby issue the following amendment to the G.O. 2nd read above:-
AMENDMENT: The particulars of account of the Director, Sainik Welfare, Andhra Pradesh, Vijayawada mentioned in G.O.Ms.No. 127, Home (Services. I) Department, dated. 01-08-2014 shall be substituted with the following:-
