ORDER:
In the circumstances reported in her letter 6th read above, Government hereby accord permission to the Director of Public Health and Family Welfare, Hyderabad for continuation of contract posts of (386) Pharmacist Gr.II (368) Lab Technician Gr.II and (11) Ophthalmic Officers for a further period from 01.04.2013 to 31.03.2014 who were appointed on contract basis in the reference 1st and 2nd read above duly entering into a fresh agreement in terms of G.O.Rt.No.12 Health Medical And Family Welfare (J2) Department dated 05.01.2004, subject to;
1.not to contract the services of any additional personnel beyond those existing on 31.03.2013.
2.Undertake a critical analysis of the need for personnel services obtained through outsourcing system and come up with proposals for rationalizing the existing system.
3.Establish performance benchmarks for each individual working on outsourcing basis and monitor the performance closely and take action appropriate whenever performance falls short of established bench- marks.
4.As and when a post is filled on regular basis, if any individual hired through outsourcing is currently occupying such a post, his /her services must be dispensed with.
5.Instructions of the Government with reference to outsourcing be followed scrupulously.
