Government of Telangana State, Home Department has issued G.O.Ms.No.46 on October 28. With the reference of Sainik Wlfare letter, Govt. has examined of this letter After, Government has issued fresh orders for deducting Rs.20/ and Rs.50/- from the December salaries of the Non-Gazetted employees and Gazetted Officers.

ORDER: In the circumstances reported by the Director, Sainik Welfare, Telangana, Hyderabad, in the letter read above, and after careful examination of the matter, Government hereby issue fresh orders for deducting Rs.20/- and Rs.50/- from the salaries of the Non-Gazetted employees and Gazetted Officers respectively every year from their salary of December payable in January for the augmentation of Flag Day fund collection and contribution by the State Government employees of Telangana State.
2. All Heads of Department and all Heads of Officers, Drawing and Disbursing Officers shall recover the above said amounts and remit the same to the Savings account of the Director, Sainik Welfare, Telangana, Hyderabad.

Revised Flag Day Fund Recovery Amounts: Government after careful examination of the matter hereby enhance the deduction from Rs.20/- to Rs.100/- per head from the Non-Gazetted Employees and from Rs.50/- to Rs.200/– per head from the Gazetted Officers of State Government employees every year from their salary of December payable in January, effective from December, 2015 as their Flag Day Fund Contribution, towards Flag Day Fund to be utilized on Welfare Schemes of Ex- servicemen.
